Just FYI A- there are two great hand crossbows that you can get in act 2 for Ver. You get one that shoots fire by defeating Yurgir in the Gauntlet. The other casts Magic Missile, and you’d need to buy from Roah Moonglow in Moonrise BEFORE you go to see the Nightsong (can be after the Shar Olympics tho). It would be easy to pop over and buy it once you find a waypoint in the Gauntlet
There's another one you can find in Grymforge in a chest in a room with a merragon and a few hellsboars. It seems as if it is intended to be paired with the one you get off Yurgir.

I wanted to write this on one of your streams from a few weeks ago. In that stream you talked about feeling overwhelmed with...well everything, and mainly adulting. And I could relate so much. Sometimes it feels like everyone else got their stuff together, knows how to navigate life/their job but you. And you feel like you are 10 or more steps behind. So it was really comforting to hear you talk about this, realizing that the people I look up to, that inspire me, actually struggle with similar stuff/also get overwhelmed with this. And just last week I was feeling very overwhelmed and stressed out and started to spiral. And then in the evening I watched your stream and it calmed me down a lot. So long story short: I hope you know how your streams are a safespace for so many people and they help me feel grounded again when I get overwhelmed with things. And you talking so openly about your own struggles, exchanging your thoughts and experiences (+tips) with chat is extremly comforting and helpful. Thank you two❤️ (And your new setup rocks!! Finally we can hear the queens singing with high audio quality)

Ver Rismol and the text over her light up suddenly @55:52 while the rest of the screen stays dark, and I don’t think it’s the in-game lighting because it also affects the game interface and text. There’s loads more examples of this - if you want, look at how dark the whole screen is @1:09:43 until Shadowheart lights up suddenly, and then everything gradually brightens. It’s fine until @1:12:57 when everything except the guard gets dark again. Either way, it was a really fun stream and I’m looking forward to the next one!
The "penalty" people in shat were talking about around 53:40 was the ability "Bend Luck", which is a thing Wild Magic Sorcerers get at 6th level. This lets you spend 2 Sorcery Points to either add *or subtract* 1d4 to anyone's Attack Rolls, Ability Checks or Saving Throws. It is kind of like Guidance, but works on more things, works against enemies, and has a cost (Jennevere only has so many Sorcery Points, which is why the option disappeared). The weird thing with it is that if you just go along the list of "bonuses" to add to a roll, you add the "add 1d4" option, then next add the "subtract 1d4 option" (which automatically removes the "add 1d4" option as well), so you end up with the penalty. A couple of times in the stream you ended up using it; spending Jennevere's Sorcery Points to make Ver Rismol's rolls worse (of course she still crushed them)! I hope you enjoy Miami!

Anyways, I'm looking forward to when you two get through the Sharlympics and reach *that part* of Act 2, which I know all of us have been dying to see how you will react.
If you guys want tips regarding Sharlympics, here’s mine below! Otherwise I know chat will be able to help. It’ll be super fun, just go with the flow! I think if you guys do an extra stream before moon lesbians, doing the fights and puzzles within the gauntlet will guarantee you getting the nightsong cutscenes when helen and mia are on. It really just depends on what you want to do during the stream (cutscenes vs fights). There’s a great crossbow for Ver you can get during the Yurgir fight (Raphael’s enemy he asked you to hunt). There is also a small Shar mausoleum which gives really good bonuses (+5 to certain dice rolls!) which won’t take long and will help you guys a lot, I really recommend going and grabbing that real quick. It resets after a long rest though, so make sure you get it after you’ve fully rested and you’re ready to go. If you attempt to do all the combat and puzzles in the gauntlet, it will be a long stream so be prepared! Hydrate rest stretch! *Edit: Someone pointed out that if you wait to defeat Balthazar until you go see the nightsong, there is a little bit more dialogue for Helen. The fight is a bit harder but it’ll be no problem for pro gaymers like y’all!

What I see, not just in the game, but also on your stream, Devora's, the interactions with Neil, Amelia, Theo's stream or how you interact when you have BG3 guests over, you didn't only act, you thoroughly enjoyed your time on the game and it shows ^^ Thank you for all your time and effort and love put int o it! Aliona, do you want a semi detailed rundown of the gauntlet and the bits before it with some time estimates, so you know what you can expect and plan accordingly? Also there is one thing in Rethwin left that's relevant to SH, although you can just reload after the gauntlet if it's too stressful now, same goes for handing in the book you found in the pub, although neither takes very long.
hello! first time commenter but long time watcher/lurker. I never thought I would comment but here we are. I would recommend y’all do another stream before the 21st since you were potentially thinking of doing it anyway. A few reasons: - After finding the Nightsong, it’s battle time. Lots of fighting to be done, so you’ll probably wanna dedicate a lot of time to it. Moonrise is particularly tricky because Jaheira can die very easily, so you may have to reload for this fight if you want her in your party. - There’s a LOT of dialogue to get through until the moon lesbians reunite (which I assume you guys want to at least get to this point) - A lot quests can no longer be completed after you find the nightsong! If you have quests you wanna do, another stream before the 21st might be the best time to get them done. Honestly the most important one you guys have to do is kill Yurgir, I think. - You CAN complete the gauntlet of shar without seeing the nightsong. I’m sure chat can guide you through the trials. It can be time-consuming to do the trials on the 21st, and THEN find the nightsong, and THEN do the moonrise battle. There is a way to cheese it which will skip the trials, but I’m not sure if you guys really want to do that. Long story short, I recommend getting a lot of stuff done before the stream on the 21st. I know Jennifer will possibly do these things on her own durge run to know how to do them quicker, but I still think it will be A LOT. I’m only recommending another stream simply because I think you would want to maximize your time on the 21st. Love your streams, keep up the good work! P.S. if you do another stream before the Nightsong, consider what you wanna do with Balthazar. He can be killed beforehand and therefore you’ll avoid an additional fight on the 21st (on top of the many fights you will have to do). On the other hand he has some dialogue with the Nightsong which you may be interested to hear.

About usage of your performance by ai, I think you can contact Jay Britton, he is fighting with a lot of different illegal uses of Amelia's voice so maybe he can give you some tips how to deal with it. I've been reporting whatever I saw on reddit which used your performance (I saw Jen's, Dev's and Neil's), but that's just usage of it, and not the source.

Friends is a great cantrip but you lose 10 approval from the person you use it on. So using it on companions is horrible but it's super useful when trying to rizz bad guys. Using it on vendors is also sketchy because lower approval means higher prices. So it's a great cantrip but you have to be careful about it's use. Doesn't really need to be used as well if you have a difficulty check 10 and have +15 from bonuses.

You should play BG1 AND 2 once you get finished with BG3. You get to meet Jaheria and her husband Khalid Viconia Misc and Boo Aerie I think her name is who your character if male can have a child by and several others as well as Savarok and Jon Irenicus . Irenicus is an interesting evil guy who wanted to be the next big bad and I wish he had been in BG3.

Also there is one thing in Rethwin left that's relevant to SH, although you can just reload after the gauntlet if it's too stressful now, same goes for handing in the book you found in the pub, although neither takes very long.
hello! first time commenter but long time watcher/lurker. I never thought I would comment but here we are. I would recommend y’all do another stream before the 21st since you were potentially thinking of doing it anyway. A few reasons:
- After finding the Nightsong, it’s battle time. Lots of fighting to be done, so you’ll probably wanna dedicate a lot of time to it. Moonrise is particularly tricky because Jaheira can die very easily, so you may have to reload for this fight if you want her in your party.
- There’s a LOT of dialogue to get through until the moon lesbians reunite (which I assume you guys want to at least get to this point)
- A lot quests can no longer be completed after you find the nightsong! If you have quests you wanna do, another stream before the 21st might be the best time to get them done. Honestly the most important one you guys have to do is kill Yurgir, I think.
- You CAN complete the gauntlet of shar without seeing the nightsong. I’m sure chat can guide you through the trials. It can be time-consuming to do the trials on the 21st, and THEN find the nightsong, and THEN do the moonrise battle. There is a way to cheese it which will skip the trials, but I’m not sure if you guys really want to do that.
Long story short, I recommend getting a lot of stuff done before the stream on the 21st. I know Jennifer will possibly do these things on her own durge run to know how to do them quicker, but I still think it will be A LOT. I’m only recommending another stream simply because I think you would want to maximize your time on the 21st. Love your streams, keep up the good work!
P.S. if you do another stream before the Nightsong, consider what you wanna do with Balthazar. He can be killed beforehand and therefore you’ll avoid an additional fight on the 21st (on top of the many fights you will have to do). On the other hand he has some dialogue with the Nightsong which you may be interested to hear.

About usage of your performance by ai, I think you can contact Jay Britton, he is fighting with a lot of different illegal uses of Amelia's voice so maybe he can give you some tips how to deal with it.
I've been reporting whatever I saw on reddit which used your performance (I saw Jen's, Dev's and Neil's), but that's just usage of it, and not the source.

Friends is a great cantrip but you lose 10 approval from the person you use it on. So using it on companions is horrible but it's super useful when trying to rizz bad guys. Using it on vendors is also sketchy because lower approval means higher prices. So it's a great cantrip but you have to be careful about it's use. Doesn't really need to be used as well if you have a difficulty check 10 and have +15 from bonuses.
Always love finding out someone is a fan of Peanut Butter. I absolutely LOVE the stuff. Especially the crunchy variety. BTW, you mentioned Marmite but have you ever tried Vegemite?

You should play BG1 AND 2 once you get finished with BG3. You get to meet Jaheria and her husband Khalid Viconia Misc and Boo Aerie I think her name is who your character if male can have a child by and several others as well as Savarok and Jon Irenicus . Irenicus is an interesting evil guy who wanted to be the next big bad and I wish he had been in BG3.
