That Shadowheart clip is so good. The only reason I knew it was fake was that Jennifer says "JOKING!" with much more emphasis. This one was more, laid back.
It's crazy how this cast is mainly made up of adorable and cheerful people, who have clearly conveyed their love for this work. We just can't wait to see them again ♥
It's because it's owned by Dexerto, that's why. If you go to their bio and click it, everything they have linked says Dexerto. They not an individiual, they are a gaming news website/company
I got the Shadowheart one right immediately, because I've heard that particular line so much I memorized the exact pitches and inflection. Being a musician certainly helps with that.
I realize I’m pathetic because I could hear the original lines in my head and know exactly which were correct and which were wrong immediately. The only one that got me was the Shadowheart impression because it DOES sound exactly like Jennifer and it sounds incredibly similar to how she delivers that specific line.
I'm shocked she got the Night Orchid quote wrong, it was a great impression ill give it that but I've gotten that line in every single playthrough I sniffed it out immediately
@@eponine_scheherezade318 The "Joking!" gave it away. Jen goes really high up on that word, probably to emphasize the contrast between Shadowheart being very mature most of the time and this is her being more playful.
You should have shown her that one NPC of the child who sounds like they’re voiced by a 3 year old 😂 I think they’re by the bridge to the area right before the entrance to the city in act 3
during the game things felt like they should escalated between you and shadowheart inevitable, giving you some sort of ultimatum between 2 different story paths. but unfortunately things went waaay smoother than i had hoped for. i dont know but seems to me the writers should have taken advantage of this chanceto make this story way better. to give the player 2 different ultimatums, forcing the player to make hard choices leading to different story paths. anyway
@@violetembers330 i just found out aobut it. i was irked through out my playthrough waiting for this scene . next playthrough ill kill shadowheart. i will be top laezel fanboy
Oh man, I was sure that ruclips.net/video/d6s3VcHwPn0/видео.html was Jennifer doing Lae'zel impression, but it was the same one from ruclips.net/video/d6s3VcHwPn0/видео.html =D Quite impressive!
Hold up .. hold tf up... I have almost 1800 hrs in bg3 and I never talked to the dogs! Where are the doggies to talk to in game 😭😭🤣 Also I lost 90% of these 😂😂
Using the Speak with Animals spell you can talk to any animal in the game. Many of them have full on dialogs, some even quests. The dog from this clip is in the refugee camp in Rivington.
biscotti, the specific dog they shown in in the video, you can find in act 3, as soon as you enter act 3 and get introduced in the first area, somewhere in that area there's a couple arguging about the dog, this dog has the most adorable reaction. I love biscotti!
Some of these are revealed as fake just by sound quality. The Raphael especially sounded otherwise convincing, but I could barely hear him due to either bad mixing or a cheap mic.
I only got the black NPC kid wrong, and that's cause I have never met that NPC in my 3 runs lol. So I thought that character itself was a mod someone just added. The last one I don't count, as I didn't play Cyber Punk and didn't even know she did a voice in it. So 13/14 for me. 12/14 if we include the last non BG3 one I guess.
She's meant to be incredibly abrasive at the beginning. While she does get better, I wouldn't blame anyone for not sticking around long enough to find out.
The TCHK is the most forced and fakest part of Laezel's character, it never sounds natural to me - it sounds like she's pronoucning something that was on a piece of paper without emotion (Tskva is much more natural sounding).
i know this is a weird take...but uhh...if you focus on her mouth...since you know - she is a voice actor...it uhh...is a bit odd how small her upper lip is and how massive her bottom lip/jaw is...and how pronounced/articulated it is...can someone make a vid cut of just her mouth? cuz its surreal....
Who should we have on the show next?
Laura Bailey, Ashley Johnson, Matt Berry, Troy Baker, David Hayter, Ashly Burch
i can keep going
Troy baker, Harry McEntire Adam Howden, Aleks Le, Ray Chase
Any of the Critical Role team.
Christopher Judge would be really cool.
Troy, Troy, Troy Bakeeer yes
That Shadowheart clip is so good. The only reason I knew it was fake was that Jennifer says "JOKING!" with much more emphasis. This one was more, laid back.
“B for effort, D for achievement” is an amazing roast
Right? I was like 'so they tried real hard, but still failed miserably'? lol
I did not know Devora was that npc in Phantom Liberty. Never would've guessed in a million years

"Saying things from your nostrils" when Lae'zel barely has any is something
Unfortunately, the most telling thing in most of these is mic quality. If I can hear a crackle, it's fake.
If you can hear the room it's a dead giveaway. It's not even mic quality. it's room quality :(
surprised how this channel manages to get all these VA's
more to come!
In exchange for money, presumably

7:00 "The thing that gave it away was the chk"...so like the whole thing :))
i'm obsessed with the 4:26 impression, because, not only is it pretty good but to me sounds like an exact mix between Lae'zel and Shadowheart.
it’s the same person who did the really good shadowheart impression earlier in the video lol
@@lhevi05 omg i see that now! one of the perils of me just listening to a video instead of watching haha
We need Jennifer next on this quiz! haha
ooh good idea
It’s always lowkey funny to me how Dev’s personality seems to be the complete opposite of her character’s
Devora is so impossibly beautiful. How does she not have more live action roles?
This is so awkward omg I didn't even know my video would be used for this LMAO. I'm not a native english speaker D:
we loved the impression! Great job!
lol
I’m calling people Silly Sausages from now on 😂
"silly sausage" makes a grand return in next week's episode
5:20 "That cheeky little sausage!" I'm dying lmao
Ben's Laezel sounded like the duke from Moulin Rouge

Samantha Beart would be a fun one to have for the next round! Though I imagine getting a hold of her might be difficult :/
maybe check back in a couple of weeks?
Dev is definitely all that and a side of ranch!

Need the rest of the cast now 😂
They definitely nailed the casting in BG3

It was a REALLY good impression. The only thing that gave it away for me was the audio quality
It sounded so much like Jen that I wondered if it was just a different recording than the one used in the game.
@@eponine_scheherezade318 The "Joking!" gave it away. Jen goes really high up on that word, probably to emphasize the contrast between Shadowheart being very mature most of the time and this is her being more playful.

Lae zel ❤
haha I totally killed that character in Cyberpunk without thinking about it or realizing it was Devora. That's great.

Ben-zel Washington
oh come on, just listen to the sound quality... I was expecting they'd trick her with HER voice just not the actual in-game sound that was processed.
I know this is simp behavior but Devora literally has one of the most beautiful smiles ever
Lae'zel wants to rizz so hard, and I kind like that, but its too soon.
The audio quality kinda gives it away, the originals quality is too good compared to the fakes. Still a cool video though
Congrats to Dev!!! ❤❤
2 months till I hopefully meet her!

The fake lae zels voices dont have the bass or the poetic flow of dev.
The jerky head movements didn't look good?? Yes they did...

I just realized that I've been pronouncing her first name wrong this entire time.

I can honestly say. She wont.
