    It's amazing the Bill of Rights is written on one piece of paper. And a stabilizer brace rule needs hundreds if not thousands of pages what does that tell you ? You shouldn't need an attorney to understand every law. Do they expect everyone to sit down and flip through page afer page night after night to understand their rule.

    Pistol brace can be much safer. I watched a one armed person use one at the range, without the brace, he could have easily swept his muzzle at the crowd, or even dropped his firearm with out the brace, gives and assisting coordination! Now bright minds want to make things less safe!

    Would be really nice if we could get a definitive answer to one simple question. Assuming someone has an AR or other pistol with "something" covering the buffer tube that could be construed as a "pistol stabilizing brace" by the ATF, would simply removing that "something" and storing it in a different location within your home, rather than destroying it, be sufficient?

    I fail to see how having a pistol brace makes a handgun any different in how it functions
    You can legally own and DRIVE A TANK on roads here in texas, yet if you have a shoulder stock on a pistol its suddenly more dangerous
    Weapon laws only harm the law abiding citizens. If you're going to get something illegal, why would you care if you have to make sure its legal first? They are gonna get it and use it anyway, whats the point?
    Im just ranting btw. No disrespect

  • @tomconley2458

    If you own an AR/AK rifle along with an AR pistol, you don’t need to store your pistol brace. The brace is legal to install on the rifle and doesn’t have to be stored. If you only have an AR/AK pistol, you need to store it away from “constructive intent” or easily accessible.

      Supposedly every other insurance will drop you after first case, LawShield would cover you after repeated shooting. “We’d have a chat but we’ll cover you” is what i was told when signing up. Could be a lie I’m not sure but also they cover your cost completely unlike other insure, again that’s what I was told

    • @rickm4295
      @rickm4295 Год назад

      @@antsan1984 Yeah , I think there are different tiers of coverage. Like if I was a security guard , my probability of being in a situation increases , so my cost would be more. As a regular citizen , which would do everything possible to stay out of a situation , doesnt want to spend the night in jail at all. I want to know that they will come fight for me day one and stay with me throughout. Just like everything else 2A , its the good people that get hassled like a criminal after putting creeps down. I will have my body cam , phone cam and whatevern else cam on if my number gets pulled ever. Body cams are a good idea if you are going out on the town or in a place a little sketchy. Dont let politics and some libtard in a jury use feelings to erase your life for you.....Documentation is the only way to insure truth....

      A Law Shield dude at a gun show stated that they cover all acts of self defense, if you are legally at the location and not the aggressor and using anything as a defensive weapon that is legal to possess, i.e. bb bat, frying pan, fireplace poker, etc. I said Better call Saul suggesting one should call USLS and get it straight from the horse's mouth for reassurance.
