U.S. Lawshield member in SC since 2019, and a CWP holder. I had just renewed mine about two weeks before they passed this. I'm happy this passed. It was a long time coming. Y'all are awesome. I highly recommend this to everyone I know, even if they don't have a CWP.
Agreed. The Armed Scholar on RUclips covered a case concerning this: California was banning people from Nevada from crossing to California with a firearm; similar to Delaware not recognizing a marriage license of 2 people from Maryland. It’s UNCONSTITUTIONAL
Sorry... I am very conservative.... BUT... Scares me to think that some 18 year old, who has never owned or shot a pistol and knows nothing about it, can walk around in public with a loaded gun. Asking for problems.
So what u said is 100% wrong. You said it scares you that some 18year old walking around with a loaded gun and knows nothing about it. What scares me is a CHILD walking around with a gun because they got ahold of it. What scares me is ANY adult walking around with one with 0 knowledge about how to use the gun or the laws around it. What scares me is some MENTALLY SICK person walking around with a gun. That's what scares me. But that's also why I carry a gun to protect my family from those ppl. So please think before you speak

I totally agree with you. Its fine to not have to get a permit. It still should be that you still need to get training and get tested. I think it is going to be like the wild west. People can disagree with me but I believe training should be a must

Still need training however. Every gun owner needs some skill. Shooting sign post won’t do.
There should be constitutional carry in all 50 states. SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED
