Yes, Soho Urban Artist is Jerry Artarama's house brand. They also have a 48 color + 4 whites and a 12 set + 2 whites. I suggest comparing the price plus shipping on Jerry's site with the Amazon price, especially if you plan to order more than one item. Do you use white more than other colors in your work? I hardly use it and actually prefer more nuance whitish and pale tones for highlights, but I notice some brands including multiple whites in their sets.
@@johnsartmaterialguidestuto7757 Yes, my name is Angie. That's pretty much how I use white, as well. I just haven't seen a lot of oil pastel artist using a ton of white, so I wonder why I would 4 sticks in a set of 48. I did recently find an explanation for how to use the Sennelier colorless blender. The artist used it under firmer oil pastels, making them behave closer to the Sennelier pastels. I'm going to have to experiment with it when I have time (November perhaps).
@@akschauer You might just make more problems than you realise. Personally I nearly always use pure oil pastels....no blender sticks or mineral spirits.....to me they just make a problem to overcome that isn't needed!
Soho Oil Pastels are not a well known brand esp in UK but are extremely worth a guide to them!

Hi Angie (It is Angie isn't it?). I only use white generally as it is needed as in a white boat. I never use it to mix ,blend or anything else.
