A Haunting in Venice | Out of the Theater Reaction
WIKIPEDIA PREMISE
In 1947, ten years after the events of Death on the Nile, former detective Hercule Poirot, now retired and living in Venice, must solve the year-old murder of Alicia Drake, daughter of séance hostess Rowena Drake. Things take a turn when a guest ends up dead. Now, Poirot has to determine whether the tales about the hauntings are correct or whether someone or somebody is responsible for the mysterious happenings at the residence.

If my local theater wasn’t doing a $40 bundle with this film, The Nun II, Saw X, The Exorcist: Believer, and Five Nights at Freddy’s, I wouldn’t have gone to see this film. But that’s what my local theater ended up doing, so I’ll be seeing this one tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully it’ll be an enjoyable change of pace for this franchise.

I'm actually about to start reading the Agatha Christie book that this movie is inspired/based on which is Hallowe'en Party. I read death on the nile last year before watching death on the nile (2022) and decided to do the same thing again.

These are good movies. Idk why people don't like them. Kenneth's portrayal of Poirot is precise and his character improves with each movie.
