I really enjoyed this reaction and i’m glad you liked ‘Egotistic’ too. From the moment I heard the teasers I knew it was going to be a bop and I was right! One of MAMAMOO’s best title tracks by far. I’d also recommend you check out their album Red Moon, Midnight Summer Dream and Rainy Season are really good too!

This is my favourite summer comeback so far! Everything was ON POINT in this MV. From vocals, choreo, to the design of the whole set. Wheein's oufit was my favourite too - she looked every inch a badass goddess. They all did! Also, the 'Red Moon' album is great. Love that they experimented with their sound. You should definitely check it out! :) Your reaction are always a joy to watch. Each time I learn something new. Much love
The fire was not special effects, they literally danced in the middle of actual fire. Love how you appreciated and noticed Wheein. She's Mamamoos hidden gem, who is not usually noticed because she's not the one who usually shows skin or hit the highest notes. She blends in flawlessly with everybody.
I mean, Mamamoo never disappoint me so I was not surprised ;).
I freaking love Mamamoo's new comeback, Red Moon is freaking perfect, every song has its flare, but I would say that Sleep In The Car is my most favorite, Moonbyul's and Hwasa's rapping fits so perfectly with the song.

i think this song a SJ's Lo siento are the best "latino/hispanic-influenced" songs so far, others try and sound good but these two feel authentic you know?
Sofía Arrué to me, it’s the other way. I definitely liked Lo Siento, but other than the korean lyrics, it just sound latin to me (like you also said, it sounded authentic) which is not a bad thing, but from a non latin group I want something that represents them as well. I don’t know about other groups, but, I really liked Egoistic because the song sounds like a fusion between latin and something else, this to me makes the song more surprising, unique and enjoyable (if done correctly) :)))

In some reactions I've seen most people comment about hwasa or solar. But the thing is wheein has that mystical eyes and pointy edge that gives the whole video an attitude of dark mysterious evil shadow and when she's holding that lighter and throw it to start fire it feels like she is a psycho babe that got her revenge. Then they proceed to do that dance ritual :)

You should listen to the rest of the album, all of the songs are so good. If youre not a fan already you might not fully understand Sleep in the car but I cried when I saw that was going to be on the album

What's the story behind the song?
Lu Ka the story is that on the way back from a stage performance one of the staff was filming as they sang, instead of trying to sleep, the video is on youtube somewhere.
This is one of their most amazing comebacks. I thought Starry Night was amazing but Egotistic is just.. on another level. Definitely my summer song!!

Mamamoo is the only girl group in Kpop that’s vocally superb. Their vocals are not mediocre. Definitely one of my new favorite song of mamamoo.
