I like to take it apart every 3 months, maybe change the sprocket or lube, so using loctite isn't an option since it will clog the threads. The way one of my mecanic friends did is he added some sticky gluey stuff on the bolt head (not on threads) and the increased friction between bolthead and crankarm did the trick. But I still carry a few allen keys with me, since they don't weigh anything in the backpack.

When blue Loctite doesn't hold, I reach for the red stuff.

Or use the green (retaining compound) into press fit components hahaha
