AOD will never be touched considering it nearly killed the franchise when it flopped. It'd need a whole reimagined remake to fill the gaps in its current incomplete state and thats not something they'll take their chances with sadly. I think i read somewhere back in the day that the game was about 60% finished at the time of its release

@@iChannelz88 I loved AOD despite it was different. The main issue with it is that it was released with a LOT of bugs and glitches that got fixed with patches later on. I think a remastered AOD would be still good since it would have all the fixes already and also it wouldn't be sold alone but with TR4 and 5.

The problem with AOD is that the issues goes beyond being different and “bugs and glitches”. Every aspect of the game is in an incomplete state such as the story, level design, hand to hand combat, Kurtis levels and playstyle, the “rpg”-elements aka “i feel stronger now” and alot of other things. Some of it has been restored by fans, but the game needs a whole remake but it won’t happen considering the bad reputation this game has. I think it’d just risk hurting the future Tomb Raider games if they brought this game to light again considering it killed the “Classic Lara” and nearly the whole franchise

Are you able to play with original tank controls but with the right stick for camera? That is the only improvement I want for the original control scheme, free camera control on the right stick.

Looks like the modern controls got you killed in tomb raider 2. The camera suddenly turning the opersite way doesn't usually work so well with out tank controls.

You have no idea how excited I was when I saw the remastered of this game
Especially, I saw the old beautiful Lara Croft again in today's game world
I'm just upset why Tomb Raider 4 and 5 are not included in this game?
I just hope that these two will be added to this version again in DLC

Played the originals back in the 90’s and so far it’s a disappointing remake. Using NZ trick and finished first level of TR2. Modern controls are not only lacking, but broken. Bare bones quality of life so don’t accidentally load your game rather than save.

Yeah… this is the worst implementation of modern controls in a remake I’ve ever played. You have to use original tank controls or don’t bother.

Not old controls at all i can easily tell this is being played with the newly added modern controls you can not rotate the camera like that in the old games or move lara that way in the originals ill be sticking to tank controls this new control style just looks like it makes the camera go crazy and not make the lock on work well either
