This game does have potential but when it hits it MH Wilds will be out. The game hardly tells you things like where it says harvest on the monster. I didn't know you had to build a harvest station for your villagers to go harvest the monster. I would compare this to making a pizza and right now this game is on the picking the dough stage.
While I want to agree with you on a lot of points, I do have to say the majority of this is complaining for the sake of complaining. The earliest point of early access you could have said something positive somewhere in there. Kinda a bad take tbh.
Since when did it become okay to pay them to beta test their games for them? I mean...you realize that people who beta test games would have similar things to say as I would right? If you pay for it, then you have the right to criticize it. And a LOT of people out there don't realize just how much is in a game or what may or may not be wrong with it, so I help out. Sorry the game released in such a state to frustrate you :(
@@miah_the_king Whether they call it beta or not it's definitely in an alpha state from what I've seen. I haven't played it yet, was just thumbing through reviews for gameplay footage to see how it looked. As I said it is in the earliest stages of early access, you just had nothing good to say and disregarded that treating it like a full release from the get go. Despite agreeing with you on a lot of it just from watching. I personally have low forgiveness for the "it's early access" excuses most of the time, but it's only been on steam for two weeks and I imagine (I hope) it will drastically improve fairly quickly. It's also a team of only like 20 people on a relatively small budget, who've only ever made 2d pixelart games before. I think there's a lot to be said for what they've put on the table right now. Just feel like you could have found a little more positivity in there I guess.
Damn. I had high hopes for this game but it’s not polished yet and wilds comes out in February. What a shame.
Same. Disappointing.

Yeah precisely. There's just too much either not included or poorly explained. Or not explained at all. Which is a shame.
Nice review
