That's a good point. In some of my videos I do make mention of awful postures or stiff poses/movement but I typically don't bring it up unless it's egregious. Does that make sense? Especially for an early access game that is still under development. I try to cut those guys a little slack know what I mean? Thanks for the comment!

yeah she's fine now. It was really scary though. I'm not gonna lie I kinda freaked out more then she did but I think she was just in shock. But she's okay now and already laughing about it. Thanks for the concern

@@Leo007619 it's a long personal story. It wasn't our dog, it was a strangers and it happened while she was out alone. Luckily she ended up being fine but still it was scary.

Uhhh...hmmm...perhaps it's because you haven't experienced the title screen and the opening transition/cutscene but it's more then just staring at the title. Watch the full vid and you'll see why i mentioned it.

@@miah_the_kingNah man, we blame the algorithm on this one. Real talk it’s more down to them not giving early access to reviewers. I’m just one of the people who fell victim to the practice. All the other complains i saw from the early reviews didn’t turn me away, because i love dragon age and even if this one wasn’t all that good, i could deal with you. You have been the only one to put it into words as to why I wouldn’t enjoy this game, and i unfortunately only came across you too late. Oh well, i can deal with spending $70(ps5 player) on the opportunity ti see Verik again.

Indeed. And a BIG part of the game as well. They throw around current day lingo like "trans" or "non binary" like nobodys business in this medieval fantasy game. At least use flowery language like "the soul does not align with its vessel" or something like that. If they put current day politics in a game, and call them current day phrases, they have to accept that people talk about it trough a current day lense.

I just don't wanna get involved in any of that crap. I want my kingdom to be free from politics. Period. There are people out there who may feel alienated if I talk about stuff like that and there might be people looking for an escape from stuff like that. During my first impressions I didn't run into anything too egregious so I didn't mention it. Besides I wasn't really looking for that kind of stuff I was looking more for design quality in the game itself.

@ to be fair, I also bought the game, but I find it to be mediocre at best. Then the agendas, which I know you don’t want to discuss, and now that you explained why I can respect you for, unfortunately made it below par for me. Only saving grace is the graphics. Omg it’s pretty.

I meeeeean....you said it. Not me. lol jk Nah it's just average. It's like...the way I see average is from like way back when I was a kid I played a game that was super fun and entertained me that whole day. But after that day I never thought of it again. This game is kinda like that...you'll play it once and probably never think of it again or return to it and thats if your a mega fan.

To me an RPG is much more than just what they offered here. It's the loot dropping, the loot of various colors to keep me invested (lol jk). It's the character sheet, the good and evil choices, the decisions that make a large impact, the leveling system which is more than perks. The open world, the lore building, the history delving, the exploring, the immersive elements that make a game suck you in and you feel like you're actually IN it. RPG: Role Playing Game. Where you role play as someone. To do that you need certain elements to be up front and the core focus of some of the gameplay to really grasp the player. For instance, a way to help with this would have been allowing players to play as one of the 3 previous characters they played. I'm sad this game wasn't more.

Without going into any political ideologies, differences of opinions or risk of angering either side of the spectrum. I will try to respond. I do think 60 dollars is a good point. After all I've been buying games at this pricepoint for almost 20 years. To me this is normal and natural. Was there minimum positives required for the review copies? I don't know. What I do know is that there were a lot of reviewers who were denied copies after they were too critical of the game and they spoke of this openly. As for the message? What message? I focused on the games story, it's characters, the gameplay and graphics and other technical designs. I don't look for hidden messages, I look at what a GAME is. How was the story? The story itself was kind of interesting. It could have been more so and there is a lot of wasted potential. The dialogue was absolutely cringe.

not everyone wants to think about this and be involved in this. I understand your point of view but it is not because you want to talk about some issues you have that others have to do it. If the game was good i could not care less personally about genders or stuff... it is maybe the straw that breaks the camel back to you, but in the end it is jsut a straw. If the game itself was good it would not be such an issue

This is exactly the reason why I do not make waves involving this kind of stuff. If it wasn't you arguing this point it'd be someone else arguing the other point. I will not confirm or deny any political directions I may or may not swing and I don't even want to think of or talk about that kind of stuff within video games and will not make any opinions on such things for as long as the turmoil still exists in my country. What you may think as lore breaking others might think the opposite. What you think is completely wrong might be acceptable to others. As an honest neutral reviewer, I need to speak to both audiences and hopefully bridge the divide. There shall be no political anger debates amongst my kingdom. Your King has Spoken!!

IMO the 25 dollars includes the relaxing playtime AND replayability. As much as I love the game, I still can't justify the pricetag when looking at all thats there.
