    I’m not a pro, I’m genuinely asking: shouldn’t the bacon be first, then onion, then carrots and finally garlic?

      I was thinking exactly the same, and I was wondering about the hot and cold mix, I’ve seen videos stating not much of a difference between temperatures, just marginal.
      Also didn’t remiaged it
