Should the anchor point be lower, as with the other bicep exercise?
James, thanks for another great training video. Don’t you think grabbing the band crossing your pinky gives you a better contraction than crossing your thumb? Thanks.
The bands are good, BUT be very careful as they do snap, like any other band. I had another one snap while doing rows this time. I’ve had a heavy one snap as well, don’t do any of the movements that are around the head area, trust me it hurts when it snaps doing anchored curls then that hits you in the face or worse your eye🙏🏻
Had a 60lb resistance tube slip from under my feet caught me right across the face and eye ,and cut my eyebrow, a lot of energy in those things.beware
Or you are unlucky either you don't know proper use maintenance and when is time to change them.
@@karamporn considering I only use them indoors, so they don’t get cut up or torn on rough ground, I’d like to know what I’ve not done correctly? They are also stored inside so the change in the seasonal temperature doesn’t effect the structure and durability of the bands, when anchored I use the undersun door anchor. But yet the heavy band has still snapped 🤬
Great products… but your UK distribution / customer service is terrible.
Mine snapped too. Been hesitant to use them now.
6 years of bands training, never had one snap aggressively
