What an incredible actor with so many fantastic roles to his name, down to earth with a great sense of humour. Stephen Graham is one of the U.K.s finest.
Stephen goes to the same gym as me, he is such genuine and down to earth guy and always laughing and happy to talk, such a legend and great actor
If I knew the gym where he went, he’d have me running on the treadmill, and I’m a wheelchair user 😂
Thanks for sharing. Seems a great lad!
Saw him in This is England with Vicky McClure and they stood out as young brilliant actors then, look where they are now!! Very humble and genuine people😍
I agree but also think the same can be said for the entire cast of those brilliant series'. Some amazing acting going on, which really presented a plausible little 'gang', that really were friends, and were just helping each other navigate the complexities of growing up ❤ that said i absolutely love Stephen Graham
He played the detective in Little Boy Blue. My mate is a copper in Merseyside and he reckons he got it absolutely spot on. Great talent
Stephen is such an amazin actor. Doesnt get the accolade he deserves....❤❤
Mr. Graham. You are a total inspiration. I was brought up in Kirby baths. My late Daughter loved you so much. For this Sir I thank you 🙏🙏🙏🙏
We have some great actors to export. As soon as i seen Graham decades ago - I knew he was going to raise to the top . His career is exceptional- I wouldn't have guessed at the time I first seen him , it would rise to this height . Everything and every role has been great . He's a serious actor- there isn't a shoving it in your face either . ( feeding frenzy attention )
agreed
I feel the same about Ireland, for how tiny that country is, the amount of world class performers they've produced is unbelievable. In terms of bang for buck I think they beat any other country in terms of acting talent
Such a talent. Stephen doesn't get the flowers he deserves.
Brilliant actor. I shed many a tear whenever i watch The Virtues.
Loved his role in "Snatch", so understated and the repartee he had with Jason Statham was so great. Can't remember the name of the TV play but I think it was on Channel 4 in the UK. It focused on the frustrations of the lack of knowledge in the treatment of people in a nursing home right in the middle of the Covid 19 outbreak. He co-starred with "Killing Eve" star, the equally brilliant Jodie Comer. Brilliantly done.
at 1.10 ish when he says oh sorry Go ED .....love it so down to earth. love Stephen Graham.
considering Stephen's one of the best actors of the last 30 years with literally countless powerful performances across all stages, It's amazing that he comes across so down to earth and "normal"
He lives near me in a very, very unassuming place. Bump into him now and again and the local maccies and he's as down to earth as can be.
@@invisiblekid99is that north Leicestershire way still?
@@andrewsteer8860 Yeah. I don't get it but hey if he's happy here then who are we to judge.
One of best actors about by far, you know when he's in something then it's worth watching ✌️
"My heart is pierced by Cupid, I disdain all glittering gold,
There is nothing that can console me, but my jolly sailor bold"😂😂😂😂
Steven is an absolute legend and a credit to his craft ❤❤❤
Love this actor ❤
He was a terrific Al Capone.
Wasn't tom hardy who played Capone? He's another legend
@@ElDubz420 Graham was Al Capone in Boardwalk Empire
@@kwerk2011 ain't seen that one, I'll need to check it out 🍿
@@ElDubz420 You really must. i've just finished a rewatch of Boardwalk Empire. It's fantastic.
cant believe 'snatch' wasn't even mentioned ? brilliant performance!
I know right. That's bloody Tommy!
@@CaptainEO27 5 minutes Turkish.
Apart from the way he says"you know, the gypsy" can see and hear the scouse
2 minutes, Turkish...
Absolute gentleman, fantastic actor, love him 🥰
Why the surprise. He’s one of the world’s best actors ?
No sure I'd go that far, but yes extremely good. He was great in Boardwalk Empire as well as a young Al Capone.
because not everyone is good at accents
Nice avatar
Outstanding Actor.
Met him when i did some work at his house, him and his wife hannah are lovely people!!
One of the finest actors to come out of Britain..Steven as al capone in boardwalk empire done it for me. Flawless
Steven is a very versatile and convincing actor.

About time this man received the recognition he deserved as a top class actor.
Such a incredible actor his emotional performances are phenomenal
They are
Phenominal actor
He was also really good in Little Boy Blue as the police officer Dave Kelly
Brilliant
I think his skill as an actor is brilliant and getting into character is great, I think he actually loves life just acting, best actor in decades.
Brilliant actor he was fantastic in line of juty 👍😊
Another one of Steve's great roles Boiling point.
Stephen Graham so under rated
He's not underrated at all. You're talking shit
I loved him in Boardwalk Empire as Al Capone & Public Enemies as Baby Face Nelson
Don't forget he played Al Capone in Broadwalk Empire, and was in the Pirates of the Caribbean films too
*Boardwalk
My boy has come a long way since, "Yeah, I like DAGS!"
Loved him in Boardwalk Empire!
The first time I saw him was in Doghouse, was very surprised to see him in others movie at first but he's a great actor ! Glad to see he seems like a good bloke offscreen.
No one ever mentions The Street by Jimmy McGovern.
Really gripping drama, well worth a watch
He could be Lister's brother on Red Dwarf!
“So I’ve gone to Leo, gizza go of yer golf cart” 😂
Top bloke. I like his acting. Talent.
Absolutaly love him 😂
Brilliant actor.
Absolutely brilliant, what a great actor.
Ste is a legend I love him fellow scouser and has smashed it in Hollywood 🎭🫶🏼🔴⚪️ #YNWA

Scouser? 🤨 hes from KNOWSLEY and gives interviews for the s*n newspaper 😐🤦♂️
Love him! Brilliant actor, absolutely love the way he said to Ellie 'ya Ryt love' 😂❤
So down to earth this fella, 😊❤
Talented actor. This clip is five years old. He’s done a lot more since then.
god I love all these accents.
my favourite actor
I understand. I have an ear for accents myself. It can happen automatically which is awkward as people something think you're taking the mickey.
I was told by an ENT Dr. that it is the same thing as how you can have an ear for music.
Of course you do 😂
@@CarolanneTitmus-Greene Yes I have that too.:)
Same here,5 mins after meeting someone I'm talking like them, I can't help it, some people don't mind
wow! glad they didn't needle him into performing accents, so much better when he just snuck them in, that was class!
He's such an amazing actor. I'm amazed that no one mentioned Pirates of the Caribbean here.
Great actor, this is England yeah but also Taboo and the chef one
Superb Actor
"Stephen Joseph Graham was born on 3 August 1973 in Kirkby, Lancashire. He had a Swedish grandmother and Jamaican grandfather, and has discussed his experience being a light-skinned multiracial person as he has brothers who have much darker skin."
He's an amazing actor it's no until people point out he was in a film and who he plays that I realise
Boiling point was brilliant
Ok so Stephen is from Kirkby so is my dad. What a Great guy and actor.
Love Stephen!
Love Stephen G❤
episode of a series called the street called “past life” brilliant
JR didn't mention Stephen Graham portraying Al Capone in Broadwalk Empire. He was brilliant!
He was boss in Top Buzzer
Brilliant actor from Ireland
Kirkby ain’t in Ireland, mate.
@@garywagner2466It's a joke because British newspapers will always claim Irish actors as their own
Thank you very much for the video's
Scene-stealer extraordinaire
2024 will be his year hes cast in two oscar contenders
Great actor
Stephen Graham!
I thought this was a new video. Thanks for decieving me.
This man is an recognised legend
That isn't a sentence.
Great bloke
'He past away before i died' how hahah
I guess he's not wrong 😂😂
That is not what Stephen said. Mayhaps you should use captioning. And stay in school.
@@datgrrl5698 1, chillax. and 2, the captions are saying the exact same
Freudian slip
@@datgrrl5698 Explain then, because that's what I heard. 4:33
Goulding is fit AF
Only watched snatch and this is England and didn’t even know he was a scouser hahaha
You can accidentally pick up an accent I visited Birmingham for a weekend and I returned with the brummie accent went back to my mockney accent within 24 hours 😊
Saturday 4th May 2019
He's got a great American accent - Al Capone in Boardwalk Empire.
Top lad!!
Get him to do his Welsh accent!
The Irishman…….classic!!!
At what point did he wow alan carr with his accents? He done one
Top 5 actor
He passed away before i died 😂😂😂😂
That's not what he said
Luv u Ellie.
I'm honestly not sure how Jonathan Ross is still on mainstream TV
Katrina Kaif in blonde hair !!!
No mention of Snatch, which made him world famous, nor his Cockney accent?
Love alan, but as a geordie I have no idea what he said 😂😂
It must be the same Kirby as John Bishop's WE SELL KIRBY CLEANERS...
It’s not. Kirkby with a K is a place in Knowsley a district outside Liverpool
@@kevinwilliams1421 Ah, thanks.
Kodak colour gold.....
Line Of Duty seems like a MASSIVE step down for Graham. Hope he gets his career back on track soon
What a terrible opinion
its not a step down, the reason why hes a great actor is due to the various roles he's able to play. Amazing in British dramas. Do some homework FFS....
@@joshwelburn6896 it's a sh*t BBC police drama. a few years ago he was trying to become a movie star in America. it's a MASSIVE step down in his career
@@SalvageCitizen he's been awesome in some really good shows and movies. this show is a BIG step down
@@CaptainTodger69 you do realise this was a while ago, line of duty has been and gone
If i was a scouser but could do a bunch of accents id never go back to scouse
I DIDNT EVEN KNOW HE AS SCOUSE
When he says dicaprio in posh accent I die every time, he even captures the smugness of aristocrats
Try a New Zealand accent on for size 😊
Absolutely love Stephen Graham, the guy's brilliant... his attempt at an American accent in the 2nd Venom film unfortunately wasn't. The irony, he can do a job at distinct regional English accents, crumbles at the bland generic accent we hear every day on television somewhere in the day. Another ironic fact!? His character Combo in 'This is England' beats Milky to within an inch of his life for no other reason than the colour of his skin. Graham's Grandfather is Jamaican I believe, wow, minds warped
How many bottles do Jonathan use in a week and does he need to be carful in the rain, at least Tom went natural,
