Holy Moly!!! Damn you guys, Now I have to search for a Super Bass or get someone to make one. Thank you so much for your video! You guys play very well together and describe things like guitar players talk, That is Refreshing. Most demos, let's just say, Not so good. Must have comedy and info. Look forward to seeing your other videos and any new ones. Peace Love and ROCKnROLL, from Florida! Patrick
The best option probably is to load and line out through effects and to the board. I really like the Palmer speaker emulator PDI-03 (think Alex Lifeson from Clockwork Angels tour). The old Marshalls still have a place!
you constantly get some of the best tones on whole youtube! :) How was this recorded, and when using your own IRs, which one do you use? thanks for doing a great show!
any old marshall super bass rules. together with a super lead is the perfect combination. the super lead alone is a bit harsh. malcolm young played his super bass with the presence on 3, the bass on 1, the middle on 4, the treble on 6 and the volume 1 on 7. he also played an old plexi jtm 45/100. but remember that he had 12-56 flatwounds. with the right rangemaster type treble booster and a super bass ,it is a match made in heaven.
A Plexi will always be THE Marshall tone for me. The Super Bass is just an amazing amp. You can also listen to it here: ruclips.net/video/U3miYqQEcU8/видео.html. The limited edition Jimi Hendrix signature JH100 head (i.e., a modified Super 100 if I remember correctly) was the best Plexi I've had the pleasure to listen to so far. However, the Fender 59 Tweed Bassman loaded with Jensen P10R AlNiCo speakers is my all time favorite and was the amp Jim Marshall used to copy (for the most part at least) when he created his JTM 45. I also prefer it over a Marshall Bluesbreaker loaded with Greenbacks. Just listen to that for example: ruclips.net/video/StZmim3S_Jc/видео.html. It has one of the best break-up sounds ever and is also a good pedal platform.
Thank you for keeping the spirit of those "monsters" alive. Love the jam at the end. Great tone...you guys make it look so easy. Cheers...
thanks

yes ✌️
Nice tone! What do you guys do for non FX loop Marshalls? I ended up using an Ambikab or a Waza. (ps. Marshall FX loops are often out of phase).
delay in front of the amp.
@@Biblrocks Do you like it? Would be great if you did an episode on this. For me it gets too washy.
in general i would say that on the gig where i use a 100 watt marshall needs no reverb and delay. acdc !
Hi Guys, great video thank you! what pedals did you use? would also be nice to see them in camera. cheers, stefan

I have a 73 Super Bass 100 with a 4x12 G12 cab...peels the paint off the wall.

hi
mi audio tube zone as the main drive. klon centauer from ceriatone as pre boost.
Is his modded? What is the black logo near the amp logo?
