If Dan Ticktum doesn't manage to get himself fired by crashing into you full speed while flipping you off on the radio I am gonna be highly disappointed
If that happend to me he would instantly be dropped from the team
But 10mph isnt that big of an impact, its not even gonna give him front wing damage. Unless yourr telling me that his car can go faster than that.

To be honest with you I think it would be quite draining to be predominantly doing career mode (like what he did for f1 2020) and I can imagine he would want to explore their other aspects of the game and not focus on career mode as much as last year
I can only see us getting 3 seasons, I hope we see more tho these are great fun especially with the added difficulty

In my save he’s in an Alfa Romeo and still last, btw Haas has Lundgaard and Zhou and they finish higher
Blocking Danny Ric and giving him wing damage so he goes onto a better strategy and wins is the biggest brain
FYI, 2021 currently has a glitch where the visuals are either full rain or full dry- the transition graphics appear to be glitched out. Looks like Ben got caught out by that.
It's been really disappointing to see this game be so incredibly bugged at launch. You know you expect some little bugs here and there, but there's so many game breaking bugs this year. Kind of unreal.
@@JonNo86 agreed, especially with no new tracks in the game and all the things they removed like classic cars. Seems like they wasted all their development on Braking Point and not much else

@@DovahKanye For someone who has played every iteration of the game pretty much from its inception (meaning Ben), I’d have to seriously question that. I started playing it at the end of the 2016 game cycle, and while admittedly I’m not the smartest guy, I’ve known about unlimited practice gearboxes since the first time I highlighted and clicked on the + beside the practice gearbox.
While I agree ignorance of some obscure or new features is perfectly reasonable, this one (unlimited practice gearboxes) has been around for quite a while now. So, respectfully, I really don’t think it’s too harsh to wonder that. 😁🏎💨

My first season in Austria would have been the craziest race ever with 4 full safety cars and 10 people retiring from the race due to crashes lol that shit was wild
@@seen1420 mine was monaco in season 2, it started to rain towards the end of the race and almost all of the AI spun and hit the barrier just like what happened in ben's career mode last episode, only 8 drivers finished and giovinazzi managed to win that race with bottas and tsunoda filling up the podium

The practise gearbox is only used for FP1 and FP2, so is never under Parc Fermé.
You do not get penalties for using more.

There is a carateristic in the game that the track looks really wet, but it's dry.

The practice gearbox you can get one without penalty and run with 1-1 wings in Monza
you do realise 1 1 wings will be death with the downforce of that car?
Codemasters should implement pay drivers into career mode, wouldn't be overpowered because the driver would suck but it would open up alot of more interesting team options that otherwise wouldn't be feasible

The glitch that changes the damage is to do with when you change those settings in an open lobby. The same thing happens with flashbacks….

I just had a casual race in France, starting on mediums in P11, having a good time lapping around the circuit, people 2 stopping, overtaking me for fun, second time Hamilton comes to overtake me, I understeer a bit and he loses his front wing hitting my rear left and then Bottas does the same with him and I'm like: lmao, o
I keep lapping around, listening to a podcast and chilling until I lose control of the car and hear "I need a moment"

If anyone else is having the damage glitch and realise its not on when you get into a race, leave go into grand prix mode, put damage on, start the race and then quit. Then go back into the career

Apparently, AI can't keep their cars straight in the wet period, regardless of the tyre compound they're using. I had a race in Zandvoort today. Heavy rain, full wets, all race long. There were NINE DNFs and FIVE safety cars! It was pure madness. In the end I was P5 and there was a Haas in P4.
