You could also do it at Monaco or whatever track you want but I think it would be super cool to have one or two races per year with a special livery, especially if you start to mod

Always do the gearbox as well if you get such a blast of penalties. This sets you up for the next few races and the old one is still useable for emergencies without penalty.

I think that's because if you upgrade personnel, the stat boosts arent permanent on this game, presumably to stop you from getting a 100 rated Roy Nissany

I think you got the grid penalty cause of parc ferme. It said you wouldn’t get a penalty because you only get a penalty if you order the part but you changed it when parc ferme was in order and that’s why you got the penalty

I wish I knew what stat makes your teammate do more practice programs. Jack Aitken in my season 2 has been plum lazy on the friday. Which is really hampering my ability to gather up Resources to keep my car competitive. Im already lining up another F2 driver to replace him mid season due to this lack of effort. hopefully it pays off. Getting zero points from your teammate in this game after taking reduced valuess on everything really hurts
