I love how you explained your Gifting envelope! I wish I would've heard those words when I was in my late teens/early 20's! The high expectations we put on ourselves and others to provide gifts when we sometimes can't afford it is painful, mentally and financially.
I agree. I used to be the same way. But Setting boundaries is a must. If I can’t afford it, then I just can’t afford it. I refuse to swipe a card and put myself in debt so that I don’t hurt someone else’s feelings. And if that person can’t understand that I’m not in the position to be gifting then that’s not somebody I need in my circle anyway. 😉
Just started filling you and my savings journey! I’m obsessed with saving now haha can’t wait to show my husband all I’ve been able to save when he gets back from deployment
I am glad that you explained your budgeting and cash stuffing. I am the same way with my main bills. Most are auto drafted, so no need to take out the cash just to put back. Cash stuffing my other expenses has helped so much keeping me on my budget and saving goals. Thanks for sharing.
Most that I've seen do this are 1 month ahead already. So the money for that month's bill is already in their account and they are pulling and saving for the next month. I kept my money in my bills checking account until I become ahead and then I started to pull and stuff to become 2 months ahead. Mt goal is atleast 3 plus months ahead but 3 at a minimum
I just started the budget binders this week and I am super excited to get more disciplined with my spending. Your binders are so cute and your nails are fire! New subbie! To anyone reading, you are valued and loved. 💕
Just separated my categories into priorities and it took so much pressure off knowing I could *not* stuff categories if needed! Thank you for the breakdown!
I also had never heard anyone break them by priority! That was a new one on me. I currently only have 2 binders and one I keep with me in my purse and the other one I keep at home. The purse one has the expenses I know I'll be needing to access in the next 1-2 weeks. I hate carrying around extra stuff.
The only way I can properly secure their future is by getting out of debt. We would like to become homeowners as well and as far as I’m concerned that’s a major contribution to securing my children’s future as well. After my husband and I pass we would obviously leave the house to our kids and in turn they’ll be able to sell it. So I view that as a savings fund for my children as well. 😉
Beautiful videos says I love how you explain that everybody's budget is specific to their own individualistic situation. I think it's very important that people stress that in this community because too many people look at what we do and try to implicate it forbatim and it won't work out that way. Love the video sis and I loved getting a sneak peek of all of your binders
Hey new subscriber as of this video. I was so happy to see this. I had such a hard time finding a video to show me basics and what envelopes to start. I just guessed on my own but I appreciate what you said about the spending limit. I've had a hard time saving. I'll not spend on myself for a long time but I go out once and spend too much. What you said really sat with me and I appreciate the advice
New to your videos I’m trying to watch different cash stuffing videos for tips and strategies that may work for me. Everyone’s money is different. I was saving at first and shortening on my bills so I had to step back and rearrange so I can find what works and keep it that way. Also love the binders
Yes everybody’s budgeting dirty is different a unique. I’m sure with time you will come up with a formula that works well for you. Wishing you tons of luck on your budgeting journey 💕
Thank you for taking the time to tell us how your binders are set up. I watch a lot of RUclipsrs and everyone does it differently but that's okay because everyone is different. I'm just starting out my journey and only have 1 binder right now and I'm trying to figure out how to set it up. Right now I'm saving ones tens and twenty's in my envelopes till I get my self together. Once again thank you for taking the time. Have a great Saturday.
Daisy! As always, Great video! 🥰💕 I love how you are firm with your concept of gifting. I often feel so pressured to give even if it means effecting my debt a little. I love how you are firm with that category.
Absolutely. It’s important for me that our family is financially stable. Although I feel that gifting is very important financial stability definitely trumps that. 😘
I have two binders - one that I leave at home for bigger bills like my car payment or rent that I don’t need to carry around w me and the other for things like gas, groceries, etc that I would use my card for while I’m out
Hi Daisy this is so inspiring Im starting out with my 150 evenlope challenge and budget binder tomorrow! I want to be debt free too. I have a huge spending addiction and now looking back on how much coffee I buy, or do impulse shopping I feel guilty and want to do better but don't know how... so im so happy god sent me this video cos I been praying for an answer.
And I know that it can be hard. But sometimes it’s even harder to stay the same. You got this. Consistency is key and the more you do it the more it becomes second nature. This process can really change your money mindset. Wishing you tons of success. 🫶🏼
Thank you for sharing! We are jumping back into our new budget with some hope and order, your videos are a great example. I look forward to seeing more content, very glad RUclips recommended your channel!
I so agree with you about the insanity of pulling bill money out of the bank. I’m grateful for my ability not spend bill money. I also don’t pull out my sinking funds either. They are transferred from checking account to online savings accounts.
Thanks for a great video, I really enjoyed watching. I also use my car maintenance in the same way as you, it covers everything except Gas/Petrol. However I call my envelope for this category car expenses. Im only new to budgeting this way and I love seeing how everyone does their budgeting and categories. Cheers
Thank you for sharing this information it has helped me to organize my binders. I would also like to know where you got your pink LV binder from, if you don't mind me asking it is gorgeous.
I love your channel ! I’m binge watching your videos ! I want to start a budgeting channel because I’m about to start over and I want to record the journey to hold myself accountable but I’m nervous and don’t know where to start
Just start. When I started my journey, I was nervous as well. Especially documenting it for the world to see. But with time it becomes second nature. You build relationships with people and there is so much support in this community. I absolutely love all of my budget babes. Wishing you tons of success on your journey. 💕
This was helpful, I’ve been binge watching your channel today after coming across it this morning. Hopefully I can start doing this next pay. I only get paid once per month so hoping I’ll be able to do it and stay OUT of those envelopes xx
Thank you for posting! I just recently got all my products to start budgeting and it’s very stressful trying to figure everything out, but this definitely helped me figure out how im going to set my binders up now☺️
I subscribed when I saw you had a small envelope so you can give people you meet on the street who need a little help. I haven't seen anyone else consider that element.
Hi there! Brand new to all this and about damn time as I’m no spring chicken. This was awesome and I’ll have to watch some of your cash stuffing next. Do you make your envelopes?
I do. I have an Instagram you can order from. In my bio I have a highlight titled instashop, there you’ll be able to see everything I offer. You can direct message me to place an order. 😉 I started this journey later on in life as well. Better late than never 💕
Thanks for your explanation of the budgeting, very helpful! If I may ask, where did you get your LV binders as well as the envelopes (binders & your wallet)🙏🏽❤️🔥🙌🏽🥰💝
Thank you very much for this video and sharing your journey. I’m trying to get a savings going and well budget my money better. This has been a great place to start. Continued success.
i love the envelopes you have in the pink LV binder! where can i find those? 😩 i hate half the envelopes i find & these would be absolutely perfect for me!!
I make them. You can go to my Instagram and in my bio I have a highlight titled instashop. There you will be able to see all of the envelopes I have available for purchase. My Instagram is always linked in my description 😉
I personally would focus on clearing debt one all your debt is clear you have more income to work with bc they’re no debt payments then attack the house with all u got 😉
How long have you been doing this style of budgeting? As I watched you explain, my takeaway is having funds set aside for specific categories, so I never have to panic if an emergency arises. Like if I suddenly need a set of tires.. I won't have to stress finding 💰 b/c I've been "stuffing" money specifically for car needs already. Thank you for taking the time to break it down. I may have to start slow, b/c I have some serious debt to get out from under, but I'm willing to try this.
I have been budgeting this way for A couple years now. All while working myself out of debt as well. You don’t have to stuff large amounts into your categories. Five bucks here, 10 bucks there, it builds up overtime. That way you can still focus on paying down your debt. Definitely start slow. An emergency fund is of upmost importance so I definitely recommend that you implement that into your budgeting. Wishing you tons of success with your financial journey.
I love how you explained your Gifting envelope! I wish I would've heard those words when I was in my late teens/early 20's! The high expectations we put on ourselves and others to provide gifts when we sometimes can't afford it is painful, mentally and financially.

ALSO.. will the pink wallets be back on your Etsy April 1st? I need to budget for it 🤣
That’s awesome. Wishing you tons of success on your journey 😘
My husband is leaving soon and I’m obsessed with savings so I’ll will surprise him when he comes back!
Thank You to you and him for your service.
How did he react?
I am glad that you explained your budgeting and cash stuffing. I am the same way with my main bills. Most are auto drafted, so no need to take out the cash just to put back. Cash stuffing my other expenses has helped so much keeping me on my budget and saving goals. Thanks for sharing.
Totally agree. Thanks for watching 😘💕
This makes so much sense. I never understood why people take out money for Bill's just to put the money back into the bank. This makes perfect sense.

This is my favorite video on your channel. It’s so helpful for someone like myself who is new at this.
I’m so glad you are aware that the emergency fund IS the 3-6 months of expenses. There are so many who think they are two separate things.
Extremely happy you went back and broke down your budget I haven't been able to find your order con e t
Girl you are so smart about getting out of debt instead of having thousands of dollars in savings for kids whilst deeply in debt.
The only way I can properly secure their future is by getting out of debt. Just discovered you and you are the first and only person who has made me want to budget like this! Great ideas-thanks so much!
Well I’m glad you found some inspiration. 😘💕

Wishing you tons of success on your budgeting journey 💕
Thank you so much for breaking things down for a newbie like me. This made it all make so much more sense on how I want and need to organize things!
I love how well you broke down your categories. Very simplified ❤️
I agree. Easy for me to understand

Love how you have your binders organized. Thank you for sharing!
I need a second binder. One to carry around as my day to day spending and one to leave home
I have two binders - one that I leave at home for bigger bills like my car payment or rent that I don’t need to carry around w me and the other for things like gas, groceries, etc that I would use my card for while I’m out
I'm very very new here. And a first time mom. Been thinking about doing budgeting binding. Just need to find out where to start.
Check out any of my budget with me videos so you can get an idea on how I breakdown my paychecks. 😘

Nice to hear it babe. Welcome to the fam 😉
Daisy where can I get some of those envelopes with the slit in them that you have I like those more than the zipper for the binders @daisy budgets
I no longer make laminated envelopes. However, there are son of people who make them on Etsy.
Very helpful to get me started. Thank you 🦄
I am a new subscriber. I like the way you break down the different categories.

Love this video. Thank you for the info. I was so confused. I am looking for a wallet like your pink one 😮
Where did you find the money envelopes that you have in your wallet there so cute 🥰
I made it
This was a great overview! Thank you for sharing!

Do you have a list of high priority, low priority etc that we can use that's a printable for ideas.
Yes, I have a high priority, low priority, middle priority, long-term savings and business binder. However, I don’t have a breakdown list.
@@DaisyBudgets thank you
Where did you find your cute cash envelopes with the leopard print on them (i.e. your Costco one)?
I made it, but I no longer make them available for purchase
@DaisyBudgets oh bummer. They are super cute and creative. ❤️ Thank you for letting me know!
@DaisyBudgets which size binder should I get off your website for a standard size? A5 OR A6?
Love all your binders!
Thank you! That was very helpful 🤗
The best understandable vedio on budget wallets thank you
How do you make those pink envelopes with the category at the bottom I’ve never seen them that style
It’s simple to do but difficult to explain. Lol. There are tons of tutorials on RUclips on how to make your own cash envelopes 😉
Where did you get the black binder? I’ve been searching everywhere!
It’s from the beenrad shop
Love the wallet and not having to use the rings. Did you purchase from same place as planners?
No. I buy them in bulk occasionally from a wholesaler and sell them. It will be quite a while before I do that again however 😉
Thanks for explaining the way to budget
Where did you get the pink horizontal clear binder with the snap?!
I’m currently sold out. Sorry.
I have not got the chance to finish watching but I love your binders! Where can I get them?
Omg I just went on the website and imma go broke! I wish you have the all back monogram print in all pink!
I have no affiliation with a beenrad shop. I am a customer just like you 😉
@@DaisyBudgets waste no time and placed my order!
Where did you get those binders (high priority, family and lowest priority)?!? Love them!!!
Beenrad shop. It’s linked in my description 😉
Great video Daisy💕
