Bernhard doesn't even have to go in disguise to make me smile. Those twinkly eyes, the deadpan expression, the monotone voice, his incredible dedication and drive to win combined with gracefulness in defeat. Through all of his good times and bad I've been a fan of his - for more than 40 years now - and am happy to see how well respected he is. For any young player, he is a wonderful example to follow.
Dude everyone wa so amazingly nice and even took the time to shake his hand and tell him how much they appreciate his hard work. Like lets be honest, why give someone anything other than support. Wouldn't you want the same. Besides this could be a real scenario where the guy has slight mental issues but tries his best. So always be ready to be polite and supportive no matter what.
@@davidpowell3469 There being cameras quite literally can’t give away the fact that it is Bernhard in disguise. Yes there is something going on, but how would the pros know? I understand your point, it’s just invalid.

The prank didn't go especially well. Mickelson didn't even realize it was supposed to be a prank. He's like "Oh, hey Bernhard. Did you grow a beard or something?"
@@horseraceratings True, I saw the other day that Jack Nicklaus has the fastest to 4 wins on the Champions Tour with 4 wins in 6 starts. Jack barely played on the tour but had 10 wins and 8 majors. So combined Jack had 83 wins and 26 majors plus 2 US Amateur's so a combined 28 majors for Jack! Wow Catch that Tiger!
Langer's longevity in this game should absolutely get him included with the list of all time greats. He's been one of the BEST ambassadors for this game as a 'senior golfer' I've seen since the days that Arnie and Jack were playing senior tourneys.
In today's Golf world we need more golfers to joke around with one another and relax and have fun while playing golf. I think Arnold Palmer would agree.

I think the PGA Champions Tour is missing a Golden opportunity to highlight “Golf in your Golden years”. This tour (in my opinion) should be “Golf is for Life”. It should showcase golfers they can play at a higher level in their 60s and 70s and 80s. Unfortunately the Champions tour is a tour where 50-52 year old PGA players can win. (I am so glad that Bernhard Langer is still playing well, and is proof that this can be done in your 60s). I would suggest that the champions tour could have something light weight classes that we see in Boxing so you would have the 50 year olds competing, the 60 year olds competing, the 70-year-olds competing, this would draw out Golfers from around the world and even give athletes from other sports who also Love to play Golf a real target to shoot for for their golden years, after they have dominated the previous sport. this is an opportunity to show how golf is beneficial and fun for lifelong health. I can imagine the opportunity for a number of sponsors looking to back this tour, because of the focus that it would have on Life Long Health.

It's his accent.
Never thought Bernhardt was so funny! He was and remains always so focused when he plays. That was great!

Mr. Langer is a member at our club but I have only seen him here once, he is an absolutely INCREDIBLE person!!!
Way to go Bernhard and the PGA Tour Champions. This is hilarious!
This was gold man. More of this by the PGA pls!
I laughed so hard when Jim Furyk said your German accent gave you away and Bernard said "I should have kept my mouth shut"!! Great video!!
Dang! Tebow is huge!
Seriously at first I was like who tf is this golfer??
Small guys don’t play QB for D1 or the NFL.
And a nice guy as well.
Tebow was a good sport.
Agreed! and the only guy he pranked!
How can you not love Bernhard! Class act!

My favourite golfer of all time. Great player and a cool guy.
Apart from being a Jesus freak
Everyone was so nice! Love the tour!
Probably the most underrated golfer of all time

This was at Timuquana Country Club in Jacksonville, FL. last week just before the start of Constellation Fuyrk & Friends.
I’m not sure who said it but it’s dead-on accurate: “Berhard Langer is in his 60s, dresses like he is in his 20s, and plays like he is in his 30s.”
