    Hi our deadbolt lock of our Kevo broke.The inside where you insert the key fell off. First we had a problem turning the key to open until when took off the key the inside came out with the key. Kindly advise how to fix it. Does it need to change just the inside piece or the whole deadbolt?

    How do I calibrate Kevo gen 2 FOBs and Android Smartphones???

    The most unclear part of this video is the handing the deadbolt step where you have to calibrate. On the phone, I was told to hold the button down while sliding the battery in and then let go after two seconds. Once I let go and there was a beep, I tapped the button again and the calibration finally happened. Following this video, I was holding the button for ages until I heard a beep and then pressed the button shortly afterwards. Calibration did not occur in this manner. I hope I saved some people the time and heartache.

    I have troubles when I install Left handed doors, the lock has a little click (sound) and I will instal 91 Kevo locks. Please help out

    Can we have multiple kevo units installed in the home and still use a smartphone to unlock them, or are we only able to use a phone for one Kevo unit

      You can control multiple Kevo units with just one smartphone.

    Can this lock be opened with Google hub?

      Kevo is not compatible with Google Home at this time.

    this is a horrible product.
    worked for a couple months, then just doesn't work.

    This is the worst lock I've had this don't open the key is hard to open the door 😒 😪

      Kevo is battery operated and does not rely on the electrical grid for power.

      @@kwikset I think you should add the backup battery for the touch to open but when I got my kwikset I receive a key and I wonder if you should add when there's no power only the key should work

      @@epickink446 Kevo already runs on batteries, so if you're Kevo is not lighting up, please change the batteries. In the even that your batteries die while you are away from your home, we do include the keyway as a mechanical back-up for entering your residence.
