Great idea, but I agree the platform looks kind of narrow + the range of motion on squats seems limited.
@@rmartin9426 the box is 26” which is wider than most shoulders so it’s sufficient for normal squats
@@BodyKore I have to agree with the original commenter. Make a bigger platform.
The range of motion is fine, she just isn't going that low.
@@Superman-xr1oh The squat box pro (which is 36" wide) will be available in January!
@@BodyKore Great, thanks!
Why cant it be used on carpet?
Carpet is very slippery so the box may slide while in use
Love the seat belt connection Way better then a D ring or chain. That platform is not that wide. Is there
a wider version? What is the max weight?
@@MrThleckey the box is 26”. We don’t recommend going past 70% of your body weight
@@BodyKorebut what’s the max weight the pulley can handle?
The website lists it as S/M or L/XL. What do those sizes mean exactly?
This refers to the belt size. S/M- 24"-44", L/XL- 34"-54". The belt should run larger than the waist size since its supposed to rest on your hips
Can it be set up to do full range (a2g) squats?
@@rmartin9426 yes, the belt can be tightened at the base of the squat creating resistance throughout the full range of motion. There’s a safety release buckle that allows the user to unload the weight if they cannot get back to the standing position
amazing body
