I prefer the longer videos because you provide details and discuss what separates you from other builders. For example- the reason you prefer full doors to attic space etc. I’m a real estate agent in the local area and truly enjoy your videos.

Stick with the longer videos please in those the viewer had more time to see the small things that matter and pay attention to detail. The shakiness was a bit distracting a handheld gimble device for image stabilization would probably help a lot. Other than that I find your homes absolutely stunning and wish you were in California to build my future home.

Another fantastic house. I have never seen a safe room/storm shelter. That would be good if a tornado was heading your way but not flooding since it is below ground.

Yes. You are moving to fast. But I still think 6 minutes is better than 12 minutes. My attention span is short. You can do it (without making me dizzy). You can do it!
Is it flood proof also? Cause I cannot imagine being inside that room and the house flooding. Love the area also where it was built.
I really wanted to see this house but he went so fast I didn't get a chance to take in the concept of the house.

Get you a GoPro 7 as for the movements are to fast for quick focus. The slower motion made for cleaner observation of the quality.
There was nothing wrong with your videos, he may need a better processor for your great older videos

Thanks for the feedback. We have purchased a gopro 7 and we're going to be putting out some fun timelapse material. We've often debated about taking down some of our older videos. As with anything, our skills and equipment have improved since our first videos. But there still seems to be a good cross-section of people that still enjoy them so we are leaving them up for now :-)

Who buys a home with a unfinished anything?... weird
Some people may not be able to afford the additional $50-75k to finish an entire basement but have to option to do so later...
Did not like the video yo uh rush to quick and have looking at your ideo for awhile but this one I lost interest like it was fast forward or speedup
