Flat usually. New homes require a lot of touch up.
No disrespect... but is the window above the tub in the master upside down? The window in the eating area that opens to the screened in deck is the other way.... or did they want it that way?
How much is this property? My husband and I are currently looking in the Denver, NC area. Also in Belmont, Mount Holly, and Huntersville.

Mike!!! You need to hire a professional to film these homes. This is my first vid of your homes. And honestly, I was confused or annoyed the whole time trying to SEE the home. Just a recommendation. Logically, things work by seeing the whole space and going around the whole room to get a feel for how it looks in person. Then you can zoom in on a couple features of each room. You do the exact opposite such as going into the master bedroom and first showing the details of the floor. NOOOO. Show the entire room first and pan the room and then show a few details like the beautiful floors.
What’s the sf and what is the price per sf for just the house?
Beautiful homes but I find your bathroom vanities boring in most of your homes. I would like to see something besides the stone on the fireplaces and some built ins on the side.
