    I knew I forgot to do day 4 yesterday. Love all the ground based straddle exercises. Enjoy doing the last exercise with cardio. Feels good to flush it out.

    I took my first aerial hoop class and really struggled with holding my straddle 😖 Hoping this will help get me there!!

      No joke. It doesn't come fast but once you get it, its hard to lose it =)
