This is probably a dumb question but where's the dog bed, as he would not be able to climb the ladder? Our dogs sleep on heated blankets at end of bed, so we would have to do an actual staircase, but otherwise, this is one of the best tiny home's that I have seen.

How are the mini splits in winter in Barrie. I’m in southwest Ontario and would like to put in my modular home. Canada really has to step up their game for affordable housing like this

It's very nice. Small, of course, 221 sq ft and the asking price is roughly $430/sq ft. The real question is where can you legally place these in Canada, how to transport it from where it's currently located, etc? I don't hear a lot about the legality of tiny homes in Canada and how rules may vary across the country. Most of the information you readily find is about the US.

I only found for Ontario; they can't allow it in this case.
Tiny homes that are legal in Ontario must have:
Square footage of over 188 sq.ft. (or 17.47 sq. m.)
A living/sleeping area, a bathroom with a shower or bath, a cooking area with running water.
Be built to the Ontario Building Code. This means no sleeping lofts lower than 6’10”, no ladders to access the second level (staircase only), fire safety, insulation, etc.
A building permit from your municipality. They will review the plans for the house to make sure they do follow the Ontario Building Code and also check that the house satisfies municipal by-laws.
