    What coil spring do you use on those gen 1 fox shocks, stock motocraft same one on the rest of the 150s? If you put the ring on top perch how much lift you get?

    • @BUDZGURA
      @BUDZGURA  7 месяцев назад +1

      eibcach springs on low stock perch hight. with stock gen 1 raptor fox shock. about 2-3" lift which was more than enough for me. and you can run 37s with trimming a little. to gain more gound clearance
      rear is from 2018 raptor fox shocks.
      on eibach springs its not advised to go any other pearch because its already a stiffer ride.

      @@BUDZGURA But I thought you set it mid perch not low perch? I'm throwing these on my XLT wonder if it'll fit in the normal lower control arms. If not I'll have to buy the SVT LCAs.

    Can I move the pin to mid perch and instal eibach 3 inch lift?

    • @BUDZGURA
      @BUDZGURA  Год назад +1

      it's definitely not recommended to run mid-perch with Eibach, front axels will start to go out and also top hat of the spring might crack.

    Hey great video! Question I’m thinking about buying the 2019 stock rear shocks off a gen 2 would they fit easily like this 2017’s? Appreciate it you if you can answer my question.

      The rears fit. front need to be swapped over there are a few videos about fronts on youtube. and if you are getting live valve shocks from 2018 raptor. than you would have to delete livevalves first.
      live valve delete is a bit of a hasstle so that why I went with regular non live valve shocks.

    How much is the cost for instal the front shocks

    • @BUDZGURA
      @BUDZGURA  Год назад +1

      Brooklyn area its hard to find someone to actually do it because of the heavy-duty springs but you are looking at around 500$ install

    Will gen 2 rear shocks bolt up perfect with gen 1 rear shock mount locations?

    • @BUDZGURA
      @BUDZGURA  2 года назад

      gen 2 rear shocks do bolt up with no problem. front ones need to be swaped over with old top hat and bottom half. but back ones fit fine

      That’s not bad … can you tell the difference of the ride ?? Reason I’m asking I bought my brand new in 2014 but I only have 70k on it . It doesn’t leak or anything it’s just a mall crawler

    Thoughts on Gen 2’s up front?

      I have gen 2 rear gen 1 front. ride has been great so far.

      Gen 2’s are pretty nice up front but give you more travel. So you have to be careful with over extending the brake lines for serious off-road. Install is a little harder on Gen 2 shocks since they extend so much too.
