But what if you’re using them to power lights or something, how many could you chain together, using every port and have the hub chain just plugged into the wall with a regular like phone charger
I think USB 3.0 has a higher limit, but I haven't personally tried it. Could you use multiple computers or multiple root controllers? You might get past the limit if you plug another root device in via pcie.
Finally somebody did this.. I can’t believe Linus Tech hasnt done this before
dam, appreciate the effort bro
Bro this is so underrated
Bro just wasted so much money 😅
damn would you keep them? I would sell them up to gain some money back...
you can return them seems he only touched them about 3 times
Damn it! Its claimed on google that in theory you SHOULD be able to connect up to 127 usb devices at the same time!!! That Sucks!!!
Aw man, there goes all my 130 USB devices that I'm about to plug in😔
Instead of chaining them in series, connect 1st hub, then 8 hubs to 1st one, then 8x8 hubs to previously connected ones etc.
And that's 144 usb
Max peripheral devices are ~112 PER PCIe CONTROLLER
Use a type A male to Type A male and create an infinite loop
Damn, it could know that you have too many USB hubs?!
Answer is simple. 255
It's theoretically 127
Nice sound usb mount on windows 10.
Like daisy chain usb hubs.
had you used powered usb hubs you would not have any limits so for no powered your lucky you got what you did
Blows up his whole house 😶
no
it could overload the PSU or trip the internal fuse on the computer's PSU unit
But what if you’re using them to power lights or something, how many could you chain together, using every port and have the hub chain just plugged into the wall with a regular like phone charger
I literally have an application that needs 1000 usb devices, please can you suggest any solution for that? I couldn't find any resource

can put all bulb 5v??
That's about 144 USB😅😅😅
No way! ☹️🙃. The 3rd hub???? That’s it⁉️⁉️⁉️⁉️
Each hub is 2 due to the size. So it's 2 and ½ of those bricks for a total of 5
I find it crazy that it can detect that you're chaining hubs lol
does it work when you plug in 2
like do both if them work
