Somebody else controlling your money is the worst set up possible. Now if you lose it all yourself then you only have yourself to blame. But somebody with your money telling you who what where when and how you can live when they give you some of it is not living.. Is no kind of life. Now if you're mentally deranged that's different.

Only a minor's inheritance would go into a trust and if not why would Krystal not just give it to her.
When there is a will, the inheritance goes wherever and however the decedent says it goes.
