These are our favorite episodes when the channel enables us to document birthdays and other miles with the people we love. being from Texas yall going on about there being a grill amuses me, grilling is a part of life here, especially in RV parks, when you cook in an RV in Texas summers and cant get the RV cooled down for hours, you learn to grill in the summer....glad you enjoyed

I wanted you guys to know that your summer list idea has now been shared with the 5000+ members of my Behcet's Disease Support Group. Behcet's is an auto-inflammatory condition that causes extreme disability over time, much like Rheumatoid Arthritis. One of the things we share is a feeling of having lost our chance to do the things we thought we could get around to later. So I've started encouraging them to stop looking back and instead plan their Summer To Remember list. I explained that it's not an unattainable bucket list, it's small things that even we can do that will just help mark the passage of time. Some of us are nearly bedridden and weeks pass with no concept of time as seasons change outside. So I told them that at the end of this summer we need to share what we DO accomplish, even if it's small or seems stupid. It's just important not to let another season pass and discover at its end that we accomplished nothing.
So thank you for reminding me that even small plans are worth making and recording.

Happy Birthday and stuff! The best upgrade we've mad to our trailer was replacing the nasty original mattress with 10" Zinus Gel Foam (pretty much the same thing as your new one). Worth every penny.
My hubby and I live in San Antonio, been here a year, and we love it. Wide open spaces, beauty all around, and friendly people, what else could you ask for!

You definitely want to allow the memory foam mattress to breathe. A great solution is Hypervent Aire-Flow moisture barrier which you can purchase on Mattress Insider.
We lived in Tyler Texas 45 years and loved it. But we retired from the railroad 7 years ago and moved north to Far East Northern Oklahoma on Grand Lake of the Cherokees. I’m glad Tyler was good to you guys👍🏻😁
Do you feel like you'll add a canine member to the family again? I think a doodle would fit well. A bit more mellow than a ooodle. Still Little to no shedding, and loves outdoor and water sctivitirs. Very faithful family dogs.

We love Tyler State Park. It made a great stopover for us.
I love Georgetown. I spent my youth summers there between 1976 to 1988 and many Christmases, Thanksgivings and Easters. My Mimi lived there and it was just a sleepy farming town back then. Have not been there since 1992 but we are headed there in our new Grand Design 2670MK in about 2 weeks. Y'all should have done Inner Space Caverns while there, lots of fun and Tricia you need to see some of the wineries up around there.

Getting settled first is great advice! I've been gearing up to set out full time at the end of May and it's been tempting to try to get everything I need or want for the rig before we leave! But, this is a great reminder to slow down and enjoy the transition.

How do you guys like boondocking? We just left Austin this morning and headed to Carlsbad. Going to boondock for the first time and feel under prepared.
Adventures You Dream - Full-Time RV Living I will chime in if you don’t mind. As long as you have tank space and generator if needed should be good to go. Wife and I boondock on BLM land and never had an issue except for tanks getting full. Have fun.
JK’s Outdoor Journal just finished our first two nights of boondocking. It was great. Packing up is a lot easier with nothing to disconnect. We did learn a few things about our rig, like the batteries aren't connected together in a series. Thanks for commenting 😄
