Am I the only one thoroughly repulsed by the sweet and savoury combinations? I quite literally said aloud, "WHAT." when I realized they were putting strawberries on the same thing they just put cheese into. And then corn and... pineapple? With the sweet cream they'd just made but then also covered with savoury herbs? I was looking through the comments to see if anyone else commented on that, but didn't see any. Those combinations make me feel quite literally nauseous. If they were just savoury or just sweet, then they look absolutely divine. Either way, they look beautiful, but I can't get over the combos. Oh, well. Just goes to show that not everything is for everyone. I'm just baffled that they must have so many buyers for them that they must make so many of these thoroughly questionable (in my own very subjective and very personal opinion) combinations.

Some savoury and sweet things go together okay but that repulsed me. Also the sprinkling of the tops before baking with something then cutting the top off. I would bake them so they rose only to the top, a sheet or g on top would stop them rising any further and then no waste. But I wonder about the cleanliness and the freshness. wearing gloves says nothing because you only have to touch something contaminated and they are dirty. I couldn’t eat them. But there was nothing attractive about any of it.

As a chef...this was not satisfying. Like the unnecessary startip, the sifting only a small amount of the flour, adding the sugar to the whipped cream at the beginning. I can't even make it half way through
These bakers are so creative! I can't even toast bread properly and they do this. I would love to be able to buy some delicious cakes and bread from them.

Sorry, tin foil cases are ones that have been used before, old cake residue left on foil, ovens look like they need a good clean as also the 1st whisk in the mixer. Does not look as clean as it should be
That first one, was it their first day of work? Messy and tbh that pot planter looks nice but doesnt seem to have any special taste theme, just random stuff that makes the aesthetic. Not satisfying as usual videos are.

И сверху натыкано сахарных цветочков и листик на пластиковом основании (это вообще возмутительно, ни одна часть десерта, кроме емкости не должна быть несъедобной, особенно скрытая). Причем, я не заметила, чтобы в крем добавляли сахар. На вкус этот десерт будет абсолютно зауряден. И совершенно непонятно зачем красиво отсаживать крем из "розы", если сверху все равно присыпают "землей"?

These are amazing confections but some of these places don’t clean their machines regularly. I also do not approve of the reusing of disposable tins, how old is that crud exactly? It doesn’t take long to clean a kitchen aide and a small investment in industrial muffin pans will pay for themselves.
