ok OK one more comment because this is kinda hard to listen to, the tf2 lore is that two descendances of this guy named 'gray man' fight over what is basically a gravel pit, but instead of fist fighting they basically have a Roman death ring thing and hire the mercenarys to fight each other, and whoever wins gets the gravel pit
pirate software is using MC to make a MMO and some one is making dark souls in roblox. also the tf2 characters are mercenary's, they where hired for the gravel war they are not apart of any military
as someone who modded bedrock for a while: its simpler to add to, but harder to create in. you can add blocks, items and mobs easy as long as they use vanilla templates but thats about where the accessibility ends. the code is simpler but more limiting because of it.
maan i miss the era of tf2 gmod private servers and stuff. also im pretty sure minecraft bedrocks modding stuff is discontinued and its now like really annoying to mod bedrock also emi is right and the tf2 characters are mercenaries
java has also less restrictions on mods and community generated content as i make mods for both or at least have tried to in the past they also are different when it comes to fan made projects like the 8,000 different anime mods and gun mods

fortnite do have private servers. there's one that you can log in and it's just the first map and you have every cosmetic unlocked
