is not all about conditioning, muscle density and maturity, rockyness took him down many times, but hopefully his next show will be his best ever

What does "Conditioning" mean and so does "rockyness" ?
@@hossamnasser9717 check dexter jackson 1999 mr o, thats conditioning, check 95 yates mr o thats rockyness/graininess(is not based on conditioning only), check ronnie 2005 thats muscle maturity at its top level, check 2009 jay cutler, thats probably highest level of mixing those 3 factors, its not enough for Rammy to come conditioned only, check rammy on mr o 2016 his most conditioned shape, he didnt look as badass as people expected, but i hope and i think this time he will really bring it, he looks really improved
Hossam Nasser conditioning is what happens when you diet for 12-16 weeks and you work your ass off to be in the best shape of your life on stage.

Ahlawy Masry the weight on the machine can never be equaled to the free weight. Just like you can squat 180kgs on a smith machine but it’s real hard to do it on a free weight

If they judge symmetry and conditioning he will be lucky to make top 3. Now I understand why he has no detail in his back. No mind muscle connection, no eccentric work, no slow concentration connection, no heavy rows with barbell; all machines. That’s why the guys will never look like Dorian or Ronnie or the 90’s guys!
Can u imagine how much more muscular developement he wud have if he worked out like Ronnie,. . . No wonder big Ron had the most insane physic. If Ramy only pushed it even close to the limit Ronnie did, no doubt he wud become Mr O. Thats the only thing thats missing. Besides the conditioning. But if he pushed it as hard as Ronnie did. He wud look even more condition cuz of the density of his muscles. Light weight baybehhhhhhhh!!!

As much as he's physically there I think the politics will keep him from ever winning because he can barely speak English. Obviously it shouldn't be about that but if the IFBB can't sell him he'll never win.
I like Ramy but now i understand why his back is lacking. His technique is poor. He needs to hook up with Oscar Ardon. Oscar turned Kai from nothing to his superstar status in the bodybuilding world.

If Ramy doesn’t win this Arnold Classic it will be a sham. I honestly never thought his conditioning was sub par. Look back at his NY Pro win. Look at how small his waist was. Besides, I hate when bodybuilders come in over conditioned and look completely flat and most of their muscle was lost during their prep. You shouldn’t look better during the prep than you do at a contest. Ramy always was good enough to win and I think the whole not conditioned shit is a farce and an excuse.

He needs to work on his proportions. BB is about aesthetics and flow and he usually just looks like a block of muscle on stage with his oversized quads dwarfing the impact his upper body should have.
If he downsizes a bit and nails his conditioning, he will definitely be a threat.
