- I can't believe I'm actually doing it. I've received so many questions about this since I started making money with my blog. "How do you make money blogging? Can you share your monthly blogging revenue and blog income with us?"
And so, the time has come. Somebody call Brené Brown because I'm about to get vulnerable. It's okay, I thought it'd only make sense since I teach this stuff - how to start a blog and make money blogging.

I just discovered your channel right now. This was a helpful video!
I've had a blog since Sept 2017. I've been figuring it out on my own. It's been rough. I was getting info on YT from a guy named Neil Patel who runs a successful blog, but it didn't change much for me.
A few days ago, I decided to search on YT for making money blogging. I had no idea there were legit courses available bc I don't know any legit bloggers other than Neil and another guy named Pat (forgot his last name lol).
Anyways, after writing 100 blogs and not making money (which was my goal from the beginning but I didn't know how) - I've contemplated giving up.
From the YT vids I've watched about blogger Monthly income over the last few day, I see that y'all have an actual SYSTEM. And you set your sit up in a certain way. I have a WordPress blog, but I never knew it needed to be self hosted with Blue Host (affordable pricing I found out).
I'm frustrated.

Thank you for informing us about your income. It does help us understand what is doable when it comes to blogging. For context how much traffic was your blog getting in April and were you using adsense or some other ad platform? I hope this is not too invasive of a question its just gives us an idea of how much revenue one makes from ads in terms of traffic.

Great question! So I earned my very first income through affiliate marketing. I promoted a journal I loved and I made $5 per sale back in the day, so $5 was the first money I ever earned through my blog. ☀️I will share my journey with making money blogging in an upcoming video. How many hours per week you work on your blog averagely?
Good question and I also want to know how many blog post before we should expect to start earning. (I know it’s not guaranteed)
Right now I work about 2-3 hours a day, but that's only because I'm home with a baby and I only have time to work in the evenings and during nap time. 😅In the beginning though, I was working 7-8 hours a day (ish).
Even 2000 from blog monthly would be ok for me

Hi lovely! As with everything when it comes to blogging, my traffic does ebb and flow and this month my CPM has been particularly low, as a result a low ad revenue. Thanks for watching! ❤️
