- In my first year blogging, I managed to get over 1 million page views to my new blog using the power of Pinterest. Pinterest is THE best way for beginner bloggers to drive traffic to their blogs. In this video, I'm sharing my best tips for blog traffic and how to use Pinterest as your marketing tool to get visitors to your website. As you may know, Pinterest changes its algorithm and best practices a LOT, so these Pinterest strategies are up-to-date and relevant for bloggers who want to use Pinterest as their traffic source in 2023. Woah! This completely changed the way I think of Pinterest. I typically would create 5 good pins and post them all to the same boards (spread out throughout the week) the same pin would be on several different boards. I’m going to try your method of only posting it to one board and just creating different pins for different boards

I’ve been pinning since February 13, so almost 5 months. I got 4.6K views and 31 outbound clicks in the past month 😅 My website organic search, I got 456 views. I guess SEO is faster than Pinterest.

it's funny that I found you online because I started a blog and legit followed you on Pinterest before all this
q. what is happening inside the boards? why should I be moving my pins around and deleting pins? and adding more and more and more pins to my specific board. why should i also put the pin i create into two or more board upon making them or scheduling them.

So group boards is currently not part of my strategy, while I do still post out to the group boards that have the highest virality score (Tailwind analytics), I don't join new group boards right now. I focus more on optimizing my pins for SEO - for them to be found in search. There is less focus on group boards and more focus on SEO - at least that's what's working for me at the moment. But if you're brand new to Pinterest (with little to no traction on your account), group boards will and can be helpful when you're just starting out. :)

How many pages views driven by pininterest to each blog post is an ideal amount you think?
This was so enjoyable and on point! I have a question: What if I'm already following all of these and have a lot of views on my Pinterest page but still almost no clicks out to my blog? Is it too early for people to want to dress and decorate their homes in their own colors (and shapes!) in order to actually look authentic and land that job and enrich their social lives? I know the trend (for now) is that a "cool" person should be able to wear absolutely anything, but even that person would look even better (and most importantly, authentic) in the colors and shapes that suit her or him. Maybe people are only interested in what makes money, but they're not going to even look authentic in "anything." God help me. Any input from anyone would be greatly appreciated to know what's going on.
Im doing pinterest. I find I get a lot of impressions but people just don't click on them. Whats the point of impressions if people don't click?
How often do you add new boards? And how may pins per board?
I don't typically create new boards very often, I did in the beginning. So I have around 20 boards right now (,y own boards, not group boards) and I try to have at least 25 quality pins on each board, and then I just keep adding to the relevant board whenever I create a new pin/publish a new blog post. 😍
