    Ingredients:
    4 lbs chicken thighs
    1/4 cup coriander
    4 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
    4 1/2 tsp paprika
    9 tsp cumin
    2 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    2 tsp chili powder
    13 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    Juice from 4 1/2 lemons
    9 tsp salt
    9 tsp pepper
    Instructions:
    Mix all ingredients together and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
    Preheat your grill to medium-high.
    Grill chicken for 12 minutes on one side and 10 minutes on the other.
    Serve on warm pita and top with cucumbers, red onion, feta, tomatoes, tahini sauce, and tzatziki sauce.
