Pvp games esp faction based, actually have in game communities working together or against each other. Closer to the definition of an mmorpg. Pve games are usualy instanced solo or small group contents which is so anti-mmo. You dont actually need an mmorpg to play pve content.
The definition of mmorpg is massive multiplayer online role playing game. Whether it’s PvP or PvE focused is irrelevant to the genre. It can be neither and still be considered an mmorpg as long as it’s massively multiplayer that allows you to assume a role within the context of the game.
Your take on pve games is so bad. Guild wars 2 for example has world bosses which take 100's of players to be there at the same time to kill it. PvE mmo's can actually be a lot more community like than PvP mmo's. Current big mmo's are just bad and catering too much towards casuals.

So i decided to farm some acid ants but the zone was marked as conflict everytime i entered ant nest i was blown to smithereens😂😂😂
Is the story playable with friends?
No, you get thrown into a seperate instance from everyone.
How do I get the story up
Forget pve and pvp, what turned me away pretty quickly is the UI, running through a field all you see is a thousand health bars. Who thought that was a good idea? I looked through the options to see if i could turn it off but i couldnt find anything, maybe i just missed that option but these mmo's that flood your screen with this crap when they have created this beautiful world just make no sense to me. Let me cut away like 70% of the UI and i'm 100% in.
Wish it had first person toggle
Game is good. Alot of people just cant handle the grind. If a game is f2p with p2w aspects, I take it as a challenge. Try it
yea but if the game gives you 1$ worth of ingame currencys for 1 hour grinding its not a challenge ,you wasting your life
Cant wait for full f2p release
I'm disappointed you didn't show the fishing, cooking, and housing system
Well why dont u elaborate since he didnt cover it.. wtf
@haggon4049 ummm because this isn't his video and he's allowed to have an opinion of it? Wtf
@@Belgarath777 ummm i didnt say he couldnt have an opinion and ummm he does not have to go deep into each of the system. Just something quick and interesting he could share??? Wtf???
I did...
I know, he didn’t 😢
A PvP focused pay to win game. This game will be dead in a month, 3 months max before servers are ghost towns.
People literally say this about every single game that comes out, if it doesn’t have millions of players and isn’t the most played game of its genre, people like to just call it dead
@@jordanatkin6607 Most PvP focused MMOs have failed add pay2win and you've pretty much sealed the coffin.
It's a very well polished game and plays awesome
based halo OST
Can you avoid pvp? I don't want to deal with griefer and all but it seems like you're force into it. I do hope that it's like guild wars 2.
so best part off mmo like this just mind your self after materials and be ganged by pvper for no reason
early access and can confirm it will be a P2W game. i was so hyped.
You saw the dude that bought 2 swords for 1800$ on stream yesterday?
@@NatoRadeX And what did those two swords do for him? He still can't win with them if he can't play the game cause no matter what he bought (probably archboss gear) the performance boost he will get from them is less than 3% in game... so he will still lose and has wasted all that money...
Trying to whale on this game is fucking stupid... cause the game is designed to be fair and fun and it doesn't have anything that will guarantee your win no matter how much you pay... which is why all the top guilds are full of F2P players in Korea and whales over there have been crying for more P2W for months cause they say the game "wastes their money" since they pay and still lose...
@@sportschool3537 Aged like milk. Currently p2w whale alliances have taken over every server and are owning the f2p players who have no chance to win against the whales.
Enjoyed the video but I do partially disagree with your opinion on WoW. I've played WoW since vanilla, its not that the game lost sight of what makes the MMO genre unique. Times change and the thing that made WoW so successful for this long is that it adapts to current trends of players. WoW still is the defining game of the genre, without it the genre wouldn't even be relevant today. Closest game to ever even touch WoW is FFXIV, but even then does not even come close. Now, I don't agree with everything Blizz does but you have to give credit where credit is due.
But that's the problem it adapted to players who don't like MMOs 😂
you only have 6 dungfeons thats it... f. boring but i still play this game dunno why
I wish RIFT (With updated graphics) or something akin were to show up now. The Golden Age of MMO's has passed. I'm happy for the sweatlords, 3 months of of un-chained PvP for them to sink RL cash into. Amazon's last MMO New World is on life support, Amazon can shove money at a new IP and it will be innovative and beautiful but it lacks. Yes T&L is "Free" but we know nothing is Free, pay walling content is not prog. content.
It's a mobile game upscaled for PC. Much like the other MMORPG that went around... like few months ago? I don't even remember what it was called... no, not worth an hour of my time. From the videos it looks like typical generic Asian convoluted mess that's just waiting for publisher to pump in major P2W aspects in the store. Nope.
Cool story

leveling is trash, acquiring skill is trash but overall gameplay is good
i found it the other way around, leveling was fun, but world bosses are shit ( if you are not in the best group and in the best guild you cant get anything, except the pity chest ), you can only do 3 dungeons each day, combat is so so Click target 1,2,3,4 q... repeat, PVP: Q to evade incoming charge, spam 1, 2, 3, 4 and mix q in between :) gg for 2015
@@Fuz2yman for me max leveling within a day is not fun at all. korea has many good novel mmorpg genre with good game system they should at least use that hahaha
@@keitaro7462 yeah i can agree to that
I am one of those people that HATES PVP and wish it was made illegal to have in games given how much it is focused in games
PvP is fine as long as its not in the way of pve. ESO for example has a zone for pvp players to battle and pve players dont have to go there (there are few pve achiements in the pvp zone, but you dont have to participate in the pvp to get them)
@@teemumiettinen7250 just one major problem with the PVP in ESO, the skill tree in it has caltrops and vigor which is used in a lot of pve builds because of how potent it is
@@jmbrady1 I have never participated in pvp and i have got assault skills from the alliance points that you get from daily login rewards from time to time. Though I think it took a longtime to get.
@@teemumiettinen7250 those login rewards that gave those points no longer happen btw, they outright stated a while back that they were removing alliance points as a possible login reward
Theres barely anything to do in the game.
Even if you like PVP, it's a big hit or miss.

i thought the m+ kind of contents doesnt release on global yet? from what i know, its only available on korean version
Dominic Underpass
yes it is
This shit looks boring but I'll give it a try to see for myself
Boehm Club
This game catfished me with the action combat system promises. Just more tab target.
What promises...?
How is forced PVP worth playing for PVE players? There are quests that require you to kill things at night and night is always PVP. So no, this is not worth it for PVE.
Yes it's not pay2win either
F2P is not a good point, you will see on the 1st when it opens up to all the game will fill with bots and cheaters.
tl;dw: no

90% of the game is pve so yes
Answer yes it is another big Korean MMO. Yes it'll be dead in two weeks again.
And let's face it first glance at the user interface I see the same layout. The gameplay looks the same as any other.
And how many of these get in early videos are sponsored?
Korean mmo # 745 has released and died, now get ready for korean mmo # 746, yay
In two weeks? Like which one? Blade and soul? Active since 2016. AION? Still alive. Lineage 2? Is alive too. Black desert? Alive too. If anything I can't remember any big Korean MMO which died in 2 weeks. Big Korean MMOs are alive even after decade. This one... interface looks similar? Of course it does. This was supposed to be lineage 3. Probably still is, but for some reason they changed the name. If lineage 2 is alive after 20 years and releasing new content, I can't see this dying in two weeks.
@@alesthra Bless and Bless Unleashed. There you go.
@@alesthradead means a small playerbase which sort of defeats the purpose of an MMO. This will die unfortunately as it’s a bit hardcore for westerners requiring huge time investments or money. Most of the playerbase are casual
why does this game make the crappy game NGS look like its a masterpiece? lol
jesus, and i thought NGS was insanely boring... this game just says, hold my keg ill top your boringness NGS
Short answer: YES :)
Mmo pvp is my least favorite type of pvp.
So if the pve isn't the focus idgaf 😂
U cared enough to watch and comment 🤷
@haggon4049 Well I didn't know anything about the game before this video
@@haggon4049 wasnt that the point of the video doe xD watch and comment your first thoughts

@@TheLynx30 indeed. What a weirdo.
its a pvp game. By only focusing on pve you miss out the best parts of the game!
U might can play tetris or sims! Heard theres good Pve in them!
Joke aside, but i believe guild wars 2 or maybe world of warcraft fits you more.
Oh i forgot, the most successful mmo of all times (world of warcraft) was designed as a HUGE open World PvP game.
Horde vs Alliance.
I really wonder why was it so successful
TL is God Game.
It looks really bad, too much chaos. Looks like a button mashing theme park.
p2w trash
Game loop is crap! Game mechanic is crap! P2W all over this crap!
This game is dead on arrival. It's already dead in Korea for being Pay-2-win trash. Why would Amazon think they can succeed in the West when it failed in it's own home country? Play it if you have an extra $2000 to buy boosts in the store just to keep up with content.
@@Forsaken66666 bros just making up a shit ton of lies because mega hating is his hobby 💀 50k+ people have been grinding this game for over a year and literally not a dollar needs to be spent. relax buddy, youll be okay, its a modern free game. go play minecraft if its more your pace.
It didn’t work in Korea because it didn’t have enough pay to win, not because it had too much goofy. In Korea THEY LOVE AND PREFER PAY TO WIN.
It didn’t do good in Korea because it wasn’t PAY TO WIN ENOUGH dip sht.

How does that make sense? They literally love p2w games and spend ridiculous amounts of money on them.
