I'm a little worried because how am I supposed to know what will I enjoy playing unless I try it? And then I can't switch builds? Maybe I can make more characters then and do the progression on both? I mean gratsword dagger sounds cool with the one shot blow up but I might also enjoy a sort of tankier class that it can sustain itself but doesn't do much burst damage it just whitles enemies down slowly. How am I supposed to know what I'd like to play ahead of time? xD
Don't worry you can switch builds at anytime. It's a classless system for that reason. His point was just that once you start leveling up your gear into like lv9 t1-t2 purples and such its expensive and time consuming asf to catch new weapons up. My advice is to not bombrush through the progression. Try out a bunch of different builds before you start using up too many rare/epic upgrade materials. And even once you do if you fully upgrade your gear and decide you want to try something out you can start grinding a new class. There's loadouts so you can save your current build and start working on a new build. It just takes alot of time to get that build back up to the power level of your main build if that makes sense.
@@itsg0ldeson thanks man! I'm also worried about having to make this game a day job to be able to do some good pvp. I hear as a free player there's a lot of grinding. Is that true? What if i wanna play 2 hours per day or so?

@@demonmkd23322 hours a day? You’re gonna struggle to catch up and alt builds. You’re best to stick to 2 weapons and 1 build and lock in. Unless you don’t mind grinding months just to be semi-valid.
How easy is it for you to swap builds in this game? I mean, I want to build tank for pve and DPS for pvp (GS + SnS), is there a huge difference in stats for these builds? Am I going to be forced to play with tank stats for pvp if I follow tank route in pve?
If you’re swapping builds but from the same weapon’s then it’s a lot easier. Though you’ll have to use more skill growth tomes as pvp and pve skill setups can differ. The only thing that will set you back hours and days is if you swap weapons.
hello would like to know for me and for all the people who has the same situation than me,does late night players miss a lot of content in this game(due to work schedule for example in my case i will be only available at 11pm)cuz i saw siege only does at sunday 9pm or something and world boss only happens at determined time. And how much pvp can we do as late night players. Would like if someone can answer for us thanks
If you play MMOs at night you’re usually at the mercy of whoever else is online instead of sleeping, but that depends on the server pop and general pop of the game
I'm thinking 3 weapons maybe 4, Daggers, Staff, wand n GS. But please let me know what's a greater movement based set up? I like lightning and going fast (not necessarily high apm, more like me go zooom, you can't catch me?).
I don't think there's anything like that for the most part but between GS/Dagger, or Staff/dagger. Staff does of lighting abilities and paired with dagger that has good mobility you might like it, but GS/DAgger has even more mobility and you will catch a lot of people that try to run, minus the lighting.
You’re setting yourself up for a lot of grinding by doing 3 weapons. Even more if doing 4. You’ll reach 50 and be underpowered if you try and do 4 as you level. Stick to 2. Lock in. You gotta grind those 2 a lot.
What combo is best for early mid-game? I went with sword and shield/ wand and book. It's powerful af and the movement while auto casting is incredibly satisfying
i was thinking about it 2 but going for that is kinda meh, i mean you don't know when u should go in and do mele dmg and then when go back and do ranged :D like ur wasting dmg cuz if you were attacking as ranged u could do more or the other way, i think, thinking about doing most dmg is bad :D
I still can't figure out how its good to have melee evasion main on a character that is supposed to go after squishy casters. It seems like seeing the paper coming and throwing in a rock anyway.
Hey Kanon! As always, superb content bro! Thank you for the time spent creating it. However, I have one question that would be great if you could answer. Where did you get that table from? Congratz for your 100 K :) Thank you forthis video, my question is how I can get the Tevent weapons ? :D It seems very hard to get it.. Maybe one day !
Hey kannon, just started the game today! Do you got an in depth guide to your build? Definitely into the assassin vibe and burst damage. Thanks for you guides!
In PVP, Imma do what I always do. Be as unkillable as possible due to tanking, dodging & parries, while stacking as much stuns, slows, debuffs & CC as humanly possible. And then revel in the salty tears of everyone I encounter. Diabolical. As for PVE, i do unga bunga > brains or finesse. If the game had a two handed hammer or Axe, I'd use that.. but since It does seem too, Greatsword it is.
Hello Kanon! I'm really excited to join and play TnL. Which server will you be playing on when the game releases? I'd love to join your guild! Also, since there are many different classes and builds in the game, could you create a beginner-friendly build for the different classes to help new players get started?
which greatsword build actually uses a greatsword cause the 10 videos i have seen suggests Greatsword and Sword or Greatsword and Dagger all of which say use the other weapon 80% of the time lol

Hi, I have clarification. I haven’t found a video about this thing, and I can’t help but wonder. If I play GS/SNS, and my main weapon is SNS, what benefits will I have? Like for example, if I choose my active weapon as SNS, do the passives from the GS weapon, and weapon mastery in GS be only usable/accountable if I use a GS skill?
You only get the weapon mastery from the active weapon. When you use the other weapon (like using a skill), you get only the big nodes in the mastery for the brief moment that the char performs the skill. About the passives, they work all the time no matter what weapon you currently have active.
Could you please post a video with the link concerning the build progress since the start of the game until T2 so we know how we get from one point to the other and learn in the process? Thank you man!

I was hearing from other people who are currently playing, that you can spend real money to get bis and fully upgraded armors and gear. Any of this true? Is it really p2w?
Lots of stats which is great. But which way do attacks work? Does it always check for hit first, before it checks for crit/heavy? or can you bypass evasion builds by focusing in to crit/heavy?
Maybe a weird question, but where do these stats "come from"? How do I avoid messing it up? If I want to replicate this build, would it work f2p? How do I go about building this?
Hey Kanon, I was really liking the Paladin like play style, the idea of being a stonewall with heals appeals to me haha. Do you have a decent SnS/Wand suggestion? I don't think I'd be getting my hands on any super rare weapons as I won't be no life-ing this, but I'd like to be somewhat geared and I heard you can get geared without arc weapons, so what do you suggest brother? Oh and thanks for all your efforts dude. Amazing channel!
as a death knight I played gs wand focused on curses plus 2 heals, in pve I basically solo everything including dungeons, some bosses, and tough areas. will it work with sns wand maybe, with focused on curses (in groups all curses let your healer heals you) your dps will go up, try it if you haven't decided yet.

Unless you have very limited time don't worry about rerolling it adds alot more grinding in the game, but at the end of the day that just mmos for ya 😅( ive rerolled like 4 times till I found my preferred build)
So each stat you put a point in, it automatically cancels out? What's the point of the stat points then?
Thanks Kanon that was an amazing video, really helpful!
Thanks for the content, looking forward to throne and liberty!
Bow wand :) the make friends class
Other people choosing builds = It gotta broken me= If it looks good on My character I'm choosing it
2024 kanon, no timestamps are not allowed anymore
Loving the FFx music in the background 😅 currently playing it to pass time till EA 🙌
hello would like to know for me and for all the people who has the same situation than me,does late night players miss a lot of content in this game(due to work schedule for example in my case i will be only available at 11pm)cuz i saw siege only does at sunday 9pm or something and world boss only happens at determined time.
Denzel is one of the goats of Hollywood
What combo is best for early mid-game? I went with sword and shield/ wand and book. It's powerful af and the movement while auto casting is incredibly satisfying
gz on 100k!!
bro you are the best in explaining something and i mean it . keep it up
damn i never watched a video about Throne beside the class types, im really hyped to play it on october 1 ^^ going for a crossbow + dagger build :D
i was thinking about it 2 but going for that is kinda meh, i mean you don't know when u should go in and do mele dmg and then when go back and do ranged :D
like ur wasting dmg cuz if you were attacking as ranged u could do more or the other way, i think, thinking about doing most dmg is bad :D
@@kiomortis2881 well, you can prioritize one over the other - i think going bow fopr main and using dagger if things get heated around me
@@kiomortis2881 xbow dagger is the best dps in the game,
Your gonna regret it.
@@SangheliosGaming no i wont, because i play for fun and not for meta, i saw the rotation, and thats exactly what i want.. the fast piano gameplay ^^
Thanks for all the helpful videos. Can you play this game casually or is it a no-lifer type of game?
Is there also a guide on how to actually use the greatsword dagger build?
is it bad to go for melee hit + range hit weapons?
Any opinion on staff/ wand build?
the most important decision is , putting collision resist to gs dagger builds something you cant decide from what i seen
Is Crossbow/Daggers good? and how do i build it?
Xbow daggers is the best DPS combo in the game.
How does pvp work. Is it level based like WoW or is it everyone enters at the same level lile destiny, or? Thanks
Would love to know this also
I still can't figure out how its good to have melee evasion main on a character that is supposed to go after squishy casters. It seems like seeing the paper coming and throwing in a rock anyway.
Hey Kanon! As always, superb content bro! Thank you for the time spent creating it. However, I have one question that would be great if you could answer. Where did you get that table from? I have been trying to calculate the % increases per stat investment for a while and would love to be able to read that source material!
Can i go staff and daggers build? Or am i held back by stat metas?
Congratz for your 100 K :)
Thank you forthis video, my question is how I can get the Tevent weapons ?
Are you going to do a class tier list? Or is it hard to tell considering we don't know how west is balanced yet?
He already did a few days ago
Love the video! , also timestamps would help a lot
Damn, this video has me a lot more worried about giving the game a try. Playing around, figuring out what I want to play has always been something I enjoy about MMOs. Hearing it's a risk has me kind of worried.
grats on 100k, kanon
LOL are you sure it's not going to be, will I keep playing after day 1? heh
DUDE I NEED THIS GAME....I've been waiting so long since the beta. I am already upset that New World wasted my time delaying this game for their pointless beta.
I like new world what was wrong with new world I’m new too mmo so I don’t know what went wrong
they are funtamentally different MMOs tho if you've played both or seen how Throne and Liberty plays :D
@@jadamane New world's better now, but soon after release it lost its entire playerbase. The game became repetitive with similar tasks and the exact same mobs. Levelling was slow and difficult. The new player experience was horrible
@@mohammedabdulwahhab3943 tHank you very much for the insight
@@mohammedabdulwahhab3943 what game you think is easier to learn . And which one do you think is a better experience. And which one has better combat ?
I wonder if you can put all your stats into evasion and just never get hit 🤔
I am 4 minutes into the video and it is helpful so far. Thank you.
love the ff10 music in the background🫡
Could you please post a video with the link concerning the build progress since the start of the game until T2 so we know how we get from one point to the other and learn in the process?
Thank you man!
Does this game have gatekeeping issues like lost ark? Like if I’m not playing a support role will I have a hard time finding groups?
maybe after 12-man raid release will have gatekeeping LOL
This is 100% going to be an elitist game in a months time. It's going to be one of those "if you don't have a lot of friends you done experience the full game" kind of games.
Can you only focus on PVP or pve with your builds ?
will I be gatekept if I dont play what is the best/optimal combos of weapons.
Depends on your server, but some people have experienced gate keeping.
Does it matter which weapon is in the hand? Are the bonuses, traits or masteries applied also from the off hand weapon?
Why does this only have 20 views…I haven’t even finished the video and this is good info. You really got me hooked on this game and I’m hoping you and this game can keep me for years to come
lmao somehow you watched this when it was unlisted waiting to go live. You ninja
Bro knows the future
@@KanonXOmy bad 😅 I just went to your throne and liberty playlist and I saw it. I’ve been waiting for this video to show others so thank you because this is what grabbed me out of all the videos. I actually understand everything now
Great video as always brother I'm so hyped for early access
you should give a try to Wizard videos
I kinda started playing as a sorcerer paladin. So staff and sword and shield. I use the ability in dungeons that gives defense for teammates. Etc so I got an idea of what to build he’s not gonna be great in close combat but he’s gonna be a sorcerer with high health magic and defense
I would like to know this aswell :)
as a death knight I played gs wand focused on curses plus 2 heals, in pve I basically solo everything including dungeons, some bosses, and tough areas. will it work with sns wand maybe, with focused on curses (in groups all curses let your healer heals you) your dps will go up, try it if you haven't decided yet.
