Clint contact your local dealer for a list of voice commands, like raising fan rather than fan up. Once you have the right terms, its a beautiful thing.
Ha ha Exactly my question too. I own the XC60 and live in Florida. I hate that feature! The AC blows warm air out of the vents when the engine shuts off while I'm waiting for the light to turn green. In Florida, you need AC 24/7
The voice command system on my 2019 Volvo XC90 is one of the worst I've ever experienced. 90% of the time it gets everything wrong. Forget trying to change to a different Sirius channel or navigating to an address. For instance, to change a Sirius channel, I'd have to say, "Play". wait for a response. Then, "8 on 80s". It then responds with, "select from the list". However, the only options it gives me is, "88.5" and "88.9". However, if I do the same procedure and say, "Play", "9 on 90s", it will go to that channel. There is no rhyme or reason to its function. Navigation is even worse. It's never gotten anything I've asked correctly. The car itself is nice, but not worth the premium price tag I paid. Definitely having buyer's remorse and can't wait for my lease to end. I really wish I would have tried other vehicles before settling on this one.

LOL, dude, this was a colossal fail, but at least I know that the experience that I have with mine is simply ... normal.
Why fail?
So basically the voice commands fail 90% of the time and take forever to load a function. Got it. Not a fan of this in my Volvo.

M - Start/Stop is not controlled by Voice

That's what you get from an ugly SUV. Also I believe you have a slurred speech or something because for me it's working perfectly in V60
