UBE SURPRISE KRISPIES

INGREDIENTS:
4 tbsp unsalted butter
1 1/2 bags of mini marshmallows (16 oz bags); use 2 bags if you prefer a stickier consistency
1/2 tbsp ube flavoring extract
8 cups Rice Krispies cereal
8 oreo cookies, crushed
1 bag (party size 5.29 oz) Pillows ube-filled crackers
1.) In a large pot, melt butter on medium heat.
2.) Add mini marshmallows and stir continuously until melted.
3.) Add ube extract. Turn the heat to low and mix thoroughly.
4.) Add Rice Krispie cereal, crushed Oreo cookies and Pillows ube-filled crackers.
5.) Mix together until evenly coated.
6.) Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper. Transfer cereal to the lined pan.
7.) Wet hands with water and flatten it out into an even layer.
8.) Allow to rest for 15 mins or until completely hardened.
9.) Cut into desired sizes and enjoy!
