This series is helping me overcome my fear of the unknown. Right now being in my house for the third week with a house full of kids and my husband, this is the only time I find for myself, each day. Thanks so much for teaching me this month and last month when I really needed it. Leaving my mat I feel more confident, courageous and loved. I have been able to let go of a lot of past hurts and failures. I really appreciate it. Sat Nam

This one made me feel so many things all at once! I feel dizzy then nauseous (which went away when I took a rest for a few minutes) but then started feeling SUPER SLEEPY then happy, then wanted to cry but didn’t.... but by the end I felt sooooo released and filled with blissful energy! Namaste 🙏🏻
Second to third time round- a completely different experience. I had no idea what the chant was but my body seemed to want to start moving gently along with the music . Almost like my soul was with me. Very moving and beautiful. Thank you. Namaste 🙏🙏🙏

I understand now why it's recommended to strenghten the body before starting doing Kundalini. It was impossible to do everything, or do it as long as you did, but I did my best. Thank you!

I have done a few of your practices already and everyone works like a charm but I just have a question. I have scoliosis and some (well most ) of the videos are hard for me to do because my spine causes me a great deal of discomfort/pain every time i attempt them so should someone with scoliosis not do most of these practices or maybe what modifications should i use?
Hi Ashley, I think it's best to listen to your body and not to push it too much to get into a position. It's very important to listen to our bodies so we don't cause damage while we are here to heal ourselves. You can continue with your practice but feel free to make adjustments as needed. My lower back and hamstrings are quite stiff. I can't really do the standing cat and cow kriya as I can hardly bend the body forward. Can the same be done on all 4s?
Sat Nam. It is recommended to do standing cat-cow in this kriya. Maybe start with very very slow movements- do what you can and you'll still benefit from the practice. 🙏❤️
Sat nam, take it easy and allow the body to adjust. We all Experience it differently . This one works on the liver which releases toxins so it’s normal to feel dizzy. Please drink plenty of water and make sure you rest . Blessings, Mariya
