#1) is a great point. Since my gameplay focuses on power, post-gym days affect me more than a more balanced player as fatigued muscles really affects my primary shots for creating advantages. However, it's good to remember that there are still many shot options to play on those days that I could be working on.
Yo! I happened to stumble across this video randomly while browsing! Idk if you remember me but I'm pretty sure we used to play each other in high school lol glad to see you still playing!
I just don't have a place where to train sadly, gotta wait after the summer vacations. Of course in the meantime I can work on my body for 2 months and watch videos, but playing badminton is different. Fortunately I have not encountered any of the problem you mentionned above, because there is a lesson to take from every game and everybody

But do you know who Lin Dan is????

Had no idea you make videos. These are excellent quality... definitely got me hooked. Looking forward to watching your game on the next tournaments.

Hahahaha of course I remember you Peter!!! Hope you’ve been well :)
thank you so much for this video. it opened up my awareness and made me realize how to strive to become better
Hi tks for a thoughtful topic, i totally agree one needs to be actively training ones mind every opportunity, never just passively /casually playing
Great video 👍🏻 I’ve been trying a lot to work on my mentality when playing the game and how to approach it. This will help heaps!

You can try doing footwork! You can record yourself doing it anywhere, at the gym, at the park, in your backyard etc :)
Great video bro. Loved it
Great Reaserch. I have also some excuses. That's true
Awesome video Jeffrey! I definetly use #4 excuse a lot. I basically don't play doubles xD
Same here.
Hahaha same here! Most of my friends play doubles though so I try my best but they always say I play like a singles player 😅
Aha. a video on attitude. Subscribed
Thanks, Jeffrey
Nice video Jeffrey 👍👍😊
Other excuses are in doubles when your opponents target your weaker partner and when your opponents are good at tactics.
Waiting for a new video 😄😄😁
Working on it 😭
