I bought the anti-planner about 2 months ago. I was stuck in so many ways, but Anti-planner has been like a gentle friend, telling me it's okay to feel everything that I feel. There are so many emotions when you are stuck, the problems are magnified and you feel stagnated with negative feelings. But this book right here, guided me in writing my feelings down, dissecting them and understand what they actually represent. Or if you feel negative about something, you learn to reframe them in this book.
Dani Donovan, I know you also struggled to finish the book and get it published. But you getting over your wall, helped 1000s of people like me daily to get over ours.

I just watched the video and I spent the whole time crying from fear of false hope, I'm a 53 year old man who's failed for more years then you've been alive. Even among those that have ADHD I'm broken by comparison. I've just ordered your book, even if it helps me to accomplish just one thing it will be a miracle. I think I'll watch the video again. ;)

Learning your design with helpers like this channel and ADHD Jessie will help :) Also one main issue (of course you prob know this) for us is lack of dopamine. Be sure to research food & daily habits which affect your microbiome in regard to dopmanine or hinder production.

I had no idea about who you was, and how useful this would be - and in the opening moments I turned the video off and went to do other things - but then I came back and got past the first few minutes of the session essentially just 'loading' - but once you began I COULD NOT TURN AWAY! I was HOOKED and hanging on every word - never seen myself take so many notes, pausing the video, and then thinking how it applied OR when it DID NOT to me - and what could I use - and overall by the end I ended up feeling so enthused and excited - and that's not happened in a LONG TIME - so thank you for this incredible gift
I’ve never felt so understood (outside of when I met my psychologist). “Feeling worthless if you can’t be of service” was literally 90% of my self hate before. Thankfully I’m better to myself now but I still feel disappointed in myself when I am unproductive for a prolonged period of time. Trying to work on reminding myself that I’m like this for a reason & it’s not my fault ❤
Ha! Love this! Never got my rear bumper repaired after a truck backed into it (not my fault) because it was too much to deal with.
And, ok, one more dog video and then I'll go clean the kitchen....hours later, now it's time for bed.... And, yikes! it's the end of the month and I have over 300 charts to close! Supervisor to me later: you must not be motivated by money.... And, makes me wonder how much $ I've lost over my lifetime from financial penalties, late fees, reinstatement fees, yada yada yada!

14:11 this is me with EVERYTHING I find as a personal interest. I have researched and purchased materials for at least 10 different hobbies and am currently able to get started in NOTHING. I was also only diagnosed with ADD without hyperactivity on 12/07/22 at 57 years old, the day before I had Gastric Bypass surgery.

This is the most relatable and clearest description of procrastination I’ve ever come across! Thank you, Dani. The $$$ I’ve wasted on books, tools, and classes trying to “fix” myself over the years is ridiculous.
I really needed this! I am trying to get a quilt done for a Christmas gift. I am off work until Friday, so I have two more days 🙄 I made the mistake of telling someone at work that I am doing this. She checks on my progress, which is slow. I start sewing walk away and then who knows how long before I go back.
Body doubling may not be "fun" in and of itself but it sure makes things a lot more fun! And I find it buffers emotional dysregulation. It's at least as helpful as my meds, maybe more!
If you like getting streaks, but want to avoid the negative mindset of "oh I've screwed it up, so now I'll just quit," give yourself PTO. Even jobs get weekends. So I have a set number of days per year I can miss without losing the streak, that way if I'm sick or I just forget, I use a day of PTO.

Dani, what an amazing woman you are! Thank you so much for all of your hard work and dedication. I have never been diagnosed with ADHD, even though I resonate with each bullet point you have discussed. Just like I was never diagnosed with depression until I actually started planning .... and then the doctors listened to me. I was "too functional" to be depressed, just like I am too functional to have ADHD. Anyhow, since I work in the medical field, cannibus is not accepted, and that was my ADHD medication. Living on cortisol is way too damaging and am working on aleviating my adrenal fatigue. I am SO EXCITED to receive your Anti-planner. I feel like this is really going to help me out and elevate me to the next level of my life! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

@@MoonShadeStuff How are you getting updates about tracking? My mom recently emailed Danis team about updates and was told that because it hadn't been fulfilled (but is at the fulfillment center??) they couldn't provide me any tracking number. Apparently the company they're working with right now has a glitch where tracking numbers aren't tied to email addresses so they'd have to manually give one to me. They didn't say whether or not they'd email me back with an update later.

I'm brazilian so I apologize my english. I have a problem I if anybody have an idea please tell me. I go through weeks when i just do absolutely nothing, I dont have clear in mind all my "to dos" i just do nothing and dont have will power to even check my lists or start anything. When i see how much thinking people put in order to motivate themselves with techniques like those, it seems to me like i dont have the vision of the importance of the things i should do as other people have or seems like the time has no deadline ever and i will never have enough discipline to keep motivating myself, i feel i will love the techniques and than forget about them. What am I doing wrong?
