I just want to show you my gratitud. Your videos help me a tone. I’ve been doordashing for 3 weeks now and I’m averaging about 22-25 an hour. I walked out of my job 3 years ago and for few days I was scared and then I found your videos randomly. I already landed a job that’s about double of my previous income. But I’ll still dash for a while just so I can pay off debt and help my mom some more. Once again thank you. And y’all stay safe while driving
Thank you
what times during the day do you dash?
@@dstewart207 mostly 5pm to 12 on weekdays. Weekend 3pm-12
@@dstewart207 also I’m averaging 40 hours a week on the road. About 1k a week if everything goes according to plan. And about 200 of that is for gas
If you love murals visit wynwood in Miami, you'll thank me later
Bro I love it there!!!
Hey I'm curious. What kind of fake names have you ran into picking orders up? I picked up an order for roguejedi1 tonight. The pizza shop had to ask twice ha. When I handed it to him i said may the force be with you! He had a Marvin the Martian shirt on and all. Order made my day. I'm surprised more people don't do that. Like a Simpsons episode with Bart pranking moe.
Buckhead is the best Atlanta zone, but Sandy Springs is solid as well
Buck head is the best but idk like how orders land you outside of the Buckhead zone again
I was doing door dash in Hawaii that works I now in Atlanta no car yet can I do it in small areas buckhead
Bro u in my city
Hello - Do you know why I haven’t been able to unassigned orders without contacting support? And which means it’s taking me 10 extra min to unassigned. Just started having this issue this week
I had that same issue. For me, it was because I was trying to do it after pressing “arrived at store” .. if I waited until I was actually inside to check out the situation before confirming anything, I found that I still had access to the help option on my own. But once I confirm that I have arrived for the pickup, I usually have to call to unassign.
@@janellesampson2976 ahhh yes that has definitely been the case. I hit arrived as i walk in
@@janellesampson2976 that makes sense. I generally hit arrived as I’m walking in then if store says someone has picked up order already it doesn’t allow me to drop the order until I call.
I thought in the past there was an option to say order has already been picked up. And when I call support they always ask me can I unassigned on my end and I’m like no that’s why I’m calling you
Yes I think that’s so funny yet annoying.. if I could do it myself, I would instead of calling. Lol
He literally didn’t do anything but door dash didn’t show or say absolutely nothing useful
This is my area lol I enjoy it!
Door dash pays for the travel or RUclips pays for it… I’m confused.
Watch this…it’s a RUclips channel about DoorDash…soooo…Yes!
@@DoordashDiaries I guess what I’m saying is would doordash cover it without the RUclips earnings?
@@chaserohwedder8852 you cover your own travel.
@@BlameMe I’ve got the answer I already kinda knew. Thanks for the clarification. 🤤
Hey welcome to Atlanta. That mural of Andre and big boy is in East Atlanta which is my neighborhood. Peace up
Bro, has anybody told you Anthony Mackie looks like you?🤔👊😎
Welcome to ATL. I enjoyed the content. Been dashing since 2018 I'm currently in the South Fulton area. Last week was good (ish) I made over $700.This week😫 horrible not off to a good start and I do multi app with doordash and Uber Eats
This is awesome. I just found your channel last week and I live in metro Atlanta!
I'm about to visit Las Vegas this month. Will definitely be Dashing there
Vegas sucks for tips and dashing on strip .. no parking or loads of time dealing with going way inside of the casino hotels for drop off or pick up
Dashing on strip has huge peak pay. Like 4 bucks.
@@thishelppeople3852 Thanks for info! It will be my first Dash in Vegas! Hopefully it's interesting 😬
Thanks for showing the street art!! So cool🎉
Love the videos I’ve learned so much. Thanks.
Sandy springs apartments 🤦🏾♂️ Smyrna🤦🏾♂️ Downtown 🤦🏾♂️😩
Main reason why I stick with Tucker, Chamblee, and Brookhaven
I love my city ❤️🔥
Its all about were your at because here in south Florida the people hold on to the tips ever so tightly
🌟🌟👑🌟🌟
I think if u dont have a plan from experience in your area then u wont do good, i wasnt doing good until i started maniging and thinking of when to doordash and what area at that time and what store aswell. I have found pizza hut in my area has paid the best and i get orders pretty fast, and get tipped in cash often afterwards
I'm right now trying to dash in Fairburn /GA not running nice... How do you deal with when the app give peak pays but no orders get in?
I try to start at the beginning of peak pay. If you wait to late there maybe to many dashers and not enough orders.
Can you see what the address is before you accept the order? Or only after you’ve picked up the order?
Good day, thanks for sharing the street art. We get taught art on here, as well DD 101. ✌
did a little research on Sandy Springs, GA. this is what i found- in 2010 9th most affluent area in US! 2018 top 10 places to live for millennials. median home cost in GA: $240,400 & in Sandy Springs $569,300! thanx for showing us how other markets operate & maybe we can all learn from it! ty!
I’m always in Sandy Springs dashing!!!
People don't understand the market in Sandy Springs. It's always booming with life in the gig economy if you need money it's out there in areas like this and the beautiful part about it is that there are many more areas like this in the metro Atlanta area that was just one. I haven't been in Fayetteville or Kennesaw or Buford yet. YOU can get money in the ATL
@@chilbertpapicocoa You still doing gig work? I live in stockbridge Ga and its pretty average on a good day and most of the time I just end up going back home. Should I commute to sandy springs or is there another area you recommend closer to me? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
@@inxazion2896I work in Stockbridge you have to multiapp you can do alright if you have multiple options.
@@inxazion2896 Do you have multiple apps?
I started watching your videos today, and I started dashing today I live in Sandy springs ..let’s see how this goes
How’s it going so far ??
Hey put my question is, how does dashing in 2 different states affect doing your taxes does it make it harder?
You are taxed based on the state you signed up in. Just like if you worked for a company that travels from state to state your paycheck would not be taxed any different than your home state. So luckily for me I pay no state tax because Florida doesn't require it.
@@BlameMe alright then, just asking because I tried to do research on that, because I’m not sure if working in 2 states could turn out to be a hassle afterwards on tax time, or maybe have 2 file twice because of it
My hiring address is in Florida so I file as a Florida resident, but I also own a home in North Carolina have an address in Atlanta and and I have dashed as as far north as Boston.
Dash anywhere-some good, some not. Pensacola was good 👍. Phoenix good, Austin good. ElPaso NOT
Man $46 in 2.5 hours. I gotta show you how it’s done my boy
What can he do differently?
Do you know your way around at all or going strictly by GPS?
Strictly GPS. A slight burden but we’ll work with it!!
need some help, please. BEFORE I accept an order how can I get the DD app to display the map so I can view the pickup and where the customer's house is? My app iPhone just shows the order w/ amount & distance. thanks!
Come to Knoxville Tennessee & see what’s up here. Show me how to do it! I was averaging about $30-50 an hour with Uber, but now I’m down to $20 hour dashing. But my miles have decreased significantly doing Door Dash. I don’t know
How is traffic in AtL? I see you took the $13 order for 8 miles. Here in DC that’s a no no for me. It would literally take me 45 minutes to get to the drop off
Any kind of drop off that doesn’t include houses or apartments it’s just not worth it to me. I’ll stay away from downtown areas
Next time you come to Atlanta, do Uber Eats. It pays a lot more here.
I don’t get the hotspot tbh I was a on hotspot for 20 minutes and nothing no orders
I started dashing on Sunday in the East Point area. Not much gong on but watching your video just gave me so much clarity. Thank you!! I think ill head to this area today
Question can you do doordash while riding marta bus
Your cool😎
Thanks for the ride along
Yout video are inspiring and good to watch I made decent today I was happy and successful and worried because I'm getting tons of orders.
Please can you tell me did they change Early Access scheduling?
Hey man what do you do to keep food hot?
Don’t know exactly how new this is. But just last week doordash started paying another $2 on top of my Walgreens shopping orders for taking pictures of isles for future dashers.
2.00 or 50 cent
@1:58 brooo that order was the cfa in the mall 💀 theres the one in the mall and then there’s one where you were
Oh I’m definitely glad I threw that back
Yooooo BK! What city you made the most money in? Here in LA?
Definitely!!
@@DoordashDiaries dope!!!!! ☀️🌴🌊💰
Dash in houston plz
Been watching you for a couple of years now and like every video but I have a question, how do you film while your walking with the food? Are you using a 2nd phone or your primary? 🙏
Yes. I’m using a phone dedicated to shooting
I started my first day doing doordash today and I’m want to travel to Atlanta to do this!
Are you still in atlanta
You late
I have to travel to Atlanta soon and was wanting to Dash there, Thankyou for the info!
Have you gotten the master software as a doordash driver?
It sucks to much traffic the people suck I'm good
I signed up for doordash and they put me on a "waiting list " 😭
Can you sign up in different area?
@@rebeccadreier9000 I did but still the same thing
Yooo.... you here now or have you gone back home yet?
I’m back in Charlotte fam
