I started watching Sam in San Diego when he started his show on cable TV there. I moved away and missed his show and was amazed to find him on RUclips a while ago. Hey Sam I just made the chili but I used Ground Chuck and some Modelo Negra and I must say it was soooo bomb , thanks Sam I’m shocked it was that good and it had even more flavor since I used a lot of ground chuck
Butcher here. There is nothing wrong with ground chuck. It has a lot of flavor, but it also has a lot of fat. But remember, fat means flavor. Add in the other fillers like tomato, beans, etc to fill it in and balance out the grease and you're golden.
The interaction you to have Sam & Max is like my son and I. I really want to say we have the same dynamic that I see in you two. Thank you for being yourself, guys! It reminds me that it's okay to be that way with my son and allows my son to be that way with me. Some people might claim it as a disrespect but they have to understand it's what makes us both happy. I made this tonight, I am still learning my smoker, i took the steaks off at 122 ish and did a quick 60 second pan sear per side. OMG! The steaks were so great, only half made it into the chilli =) The chilli was unique but very delicious.

I just made this today and I have to say this is very good. There is a lot of flavor in this dish. Just the right amount of heat thats not overpowering blocking the other flavors. Definitely one I will make again.
Here is my best chili at home. 1kg-1.4kg Chuck 150grams bacon 3-4 onions 3-4 garlic 2 paprika 4 fresh chili 2 chipotle 1 bottle of dark beer Cook for 6-7 hrs Get all your taco stuff you like and stuff ya face!
