The “grilled caesar salad” reminds me of a Kitchen Nightmares episode where Ramsay flamed them for grilling the lettuce like that. Granted, they left the leaves whole. 😅

Outstanding. If I was to change anything, that arugula benefits so beautifully from a touch of truffle oil. And especially looking at the rest of the components of that closing act. Outstanding job, Sam!
This was epic, boys! It really was. But what made this super special was the occasional sound capture of the mourning doves cooing in between Sam's sweet dialogue. This was a really sweet 31and 3/4 minutes of Friday after work cocktail hour. Thank you.

I love your channel! When I was burning my hand while brushing the corn I sounded like Sam and laughed. Made the corn and Shrimp Skewers today. Came out great with the Mayo Sriracha coating. I’m doing the Tritip and mushrooms tomorrow.

Made the ribs yesterday per your recipe and everyone loved them. They were simple, tender & tasty. Made them ahead of the main course, tri-tip as an appetizer to hold us over. Lookin forward to trying the other recipes through the summer. Cheers
Just made the brat recipe for some guests and everyone loved it. I cooked bison brats which are a little drier and having them cook in the beer kept them nice and juicy. Will definitely make it again.
We have tried 3 of the 15 so far...the brats, the Hanger steak sandwich & the salad...all of them have been delicious!! Tonight we are having exotic beast burgers from our local butcher with another grilled salad & the grilled cheese, thank you for keeping food interesting & fun!! I LOVE variety you guys are the best!!

@Sniperboy5551 Our local butcher combines Waygu beef, Elk, Wild Boar & Bison into 1/2 lb. Burgers! So delicious!!

Trying the sauce on our grilled corn tomorrow. Have been using your chipotle lime cilantro butter which I always have on hand. So great on potatoes or veggies, eggs and more. Love all your ideas thank you for sharing them! Happy 4th!

Hell yeah especially them ribs. Probably switch up the sauce with a Butter, garlic, mustard(maybe dijon), cayenne pepper, and lastly brown sugar. I would try honey but I dunno.

I remember a video where Sam mentions he was schooled in avocados by the growers industry group. I think a video on picking, storing, and preparing avocados in additions to various recipes that use them would be very useful. I try to eat one a day.
The grilled romaine reminded me of a salad I used to get at a local bbq joint. Had grilled romaine with bbq rotisserie chicken and a green goddess vinaigrette…mmmmm perfection👌This video has inspired me to buy a grill so I can make the grilled romaine as a Cesar salad😂 and definitely making the grilled corn and veg pizza. This was an amazing video!! Thanks Sam, Max and Chance 💚
