We have tried 3 of the 15 so far...the brats, the Hanger steak sandwich & the salad...all of them have been delicious!! Tonight we are having exotic beast burgers from our local butcher with another grilled salad & the grilled cheese, thank you for keeping food interesting & fun!! I LOVE variety you guys are the best!!
You were quoting shakespeare without knowing it! From Macbeth: Double, double toil and trouble; Fire burn and caldron bubble. Fillet of a fenny snake, In the caldron boil and bake; Eye of newt and toe of frog, Wool of bat and tongue of dog, Adder's fork and blind-worm's sting, Lizard's leg and howlet's wing, For a charm of powerful trouble, Like a hell-broth boil and bubble. Ya’ll are awesome, keep doing what you do. Also was in San Diego recently and was so impressed with the staff and food at Graze.
Am I the only one who loves the look of joy on Sam’s face as he eats something wonderful as his glasses steam up? ❤️ Thank you Sam! I’m cooking something different and NOT eating the same old stuff!
I'm going to be referencing this video for several weeks to come! So many great ideas here that I want to try out. This looks like it was a ton of work, but you guys had fun with it, and it paid off big time!
Outstanding. If I was to change anything, that arugula benefits so beautifully from a touch of truffle oil. And especially looking at the rest of the components of that closing act. Outstanding job, Sam!
As an avid griller, I've tried different types of grills including Qstoves. Recently, I switched to Asmoke and I must say, it’s been a game-changer. The precise temperature control and the convenience of automated pellet feeding are features that have completely transformed my grilling experience. The variety of wood pellets flavors, from hickory to applewood, has taken my summer grilling recipes to a whole new level. The smoky flavor it imparts is something I've never achieved with Qstoves. But what truly sets Asmoke apart is its portability - being battery-powered, I can use it anywhere, from my backyard to camping trips. It’s not just a grill, it's a versatile outdoor cooker that has certainly spiced up my summer grilling adventures. Can't wait to try out these 15 must-make grilling recipes from Sam the Cooking Guy on my Asmoke! #Asmoke.
This was epic, boys! It really was. But what made this super special was the occasional sound capture of the mourning doves cooing in between Sam's sweet dialogue. This was a really sweet 31and 3/4 minutes of Friday after work cocktail hour. Thank you.
Love yalls videos Ive been watching y’all for a long while since the pandemic, wish I had the time to do all of them lol. Also “ Double, Double toil and trouble; fire burn and Cauldron bubble” is from the witches in Macbeth
Hell yeah especially them ribs. Probably switch up the sauce with a Butter, garlic, mustard(maybe dijon), cayenne pepper, and lastly brown sugar. I would try honey but I dunno.
Great ideas! Can't wait to try some out! But friendly piece of advice: buy some cotton/polyester gloves and wear them under your nitrile gloves to insulate. Definitely saves my fingers when grilling and smoking, but I still have dexterity!
Just made the brat recipe for some guests and everyone loved it. I cooked bison brats which are a little drier and having them cook in the beer kept them nice and juicy. Will definitely make it again.
As a previous Traeger+ user, I've got to say, the switch to Asmoke has been a revelation for me! The portability and versatility of Asmoke changed my grilling game completely. The digital controller provides precise temperature control which I find to be a huge plus and the wood pellets give the food a fantastic smoky flavor. Also, the fact that it's battery-powered and can be used wirelessly allows me the freedom to grill wherever I want, be it my backyard, tailgate, or a camping trip. The convenience, coupled with the distinct flavor from the wood pellets is why I prefer Asmoke over Traeger. Can't wait to try out some of your summer grilling recipes on my Asmoke! Thanks for the inspiration, Sam the Cooking Guy! #Asmoke
Made the ribs yesterday per your recipe and everyone loved them. They were simple, tender & tasty. Made them ahead of the main course, tri-tip as an appetizer to hold us over. Lookin forward to trying the other recipes through the summer. Cheers
Sam! I’m so proud of you. You carried on a big part of the Man Code. Three times when you picked up your bbq tongs you clacked them together twice. “This is the way!”
The “grilled caesar salad” reminds me of a Kitchen Nightmares episode where Ramsay flamed them for grilling the lettuce like that. Granted, they left the leaves whole. 😅
That was my first thought! He said " you don't grill salad!" He also gave him hell for not cutting off the bottom. Like he couldn't get it clean unless he cuts that off. Which is right.
I love your channel! When I was burning my hand while brushing the corn I sounded like Sam and laughed. Made the corn and Shrimp Skewers today. Came out great with the Mayo Sriracha coating. I’m doing the Tritip and mushrooms tomorrow.
Thanks again Sam. You just gave me some great ideas for July first ( Canada Day 🇨🇦). A happy Independence Day to you, your family and to all your American fans 🎉
Amazing and awesome I can't even explain how entertaining that was. Geesh, Sam you had so much energy to do all of that. Way to go, you are The Man!!!!!
What a fantastic post, Sam the Cooking Guy! After being a Traeger+ user for a long time, I recently switched to Asmoke and I've got to say, it's made my grilling experience so much better. With Asmoke, I've been able to control my grilling temperature with precision, something I struggled with on the Traeger+. The different flavors of wood pellets available have also significantly enhanced the taste and aroma of my food. What really sold me though, was the portability. Now, I can enjoy grilling not just in my backyard, but also during camping trips and tailgate parties. The rechargeable battery is a game-changer, allowing me to grill off-grid for up to 10 hours. I can't wait to try out some of your must-make grilling recipes this summer with my Asmoke. #Asmoke

Love sitting outside in the summer with a beer and watching Sam's grill videos looking for inspiration for the weekend on the grill.
I’ve always wondered if I was the only one sitting outside with a glass of wine getting inspiration for upcoming grilling masterpieces
It’s nice to see a longer video once in a while. The plethora of ideas makes the longer times more than worth it.
Run some chaat masala and lemon juice on the corn spicy tangy FLAVOURS

What’s an exotic beast burger?
@Sniperboy5551 Our local butcher combines Waygu beef, Elk, Wild Boar & Bison into 1/2 lb. Burgers! So delicious!!
Cheers from Texas, where we grill year round! Sorry, not being a smart-ass. Really looking forward to trying these. Thank you!
Two weeks of recipes in a single episode. Definitely high energy in this one! Thanks!
Sam's grilling videos are the best! Thanks guys...just in time for 4th of July!
19:10 is the most enthusiasm I've ever heard the boys respond with before. Usually they are a great deal more confused/surprised.
Can’t beat Sam!!!! Everything he does gets rave reviews when I try to replicate for friends. Thanks so much Sam. ❤
This is my new fave cooking channel. Sam is awesome, completely affable fellow!

heck yes love these longer episodes with multiple recipes. you guys are great
Sam, your witch quote was from Macbeth: "Double, double, toil and trouble, fire burn and cauldron bubble." Great video.
Man what a great episode Sam, loved every bite. You should do a side dishes episode
Pretty much the only bbq video I'm gonna need. Thanks Sam for the food, and the banter!
Oh My Goodness, Sam you are freaking Awesome!! Love your grilling!!

Very good tip. Thanks!
wow what a barbecue, I'm impressed it's so appetizing that I'm ready to cook it now
Just made the brat recipe for some guests and everyone loved it. I cooked bison brats which are a little drier and having them cook in the beer kept them nice and juicy. Will definitely make it again.

Absolutely delicious looking! Thank youuuuuu
Summer saved! Thx Sam 🙌🫘
Sam! I’m so proud of you. You carried on a big part of the Man Code. Three times when you picked up your bbq tongs you clacked them together twice. “This is the way!”
Best summer video ever! Thanks! I’m hungry now! Haha
Trick: use a touch of popcorn salt on corn on the cob. It so fine it actually sticks nicely versus coarse salt that literally just bounces off 🎉
That sandwich looks amazeballz.
Cheers from Québec
Best episode ever. Period. Thank you!
OMG I'm so hungry!!!! This was great. Thanks.
The “grilled caesar salad” reminds me of a Kitchen Nightmares episode where Ramsay flamed them for grilling the lettuce like that. Granted, they left the leaves whole. 😅
Yeah just saw that episode! Wonder if Gordon would like Sam's salad. Not that it matters. Sam is amazing
That was my first thought! He said " you don't grill salad!" He also gave him hell for not cutting off the bottom. Like he couldn't get it clean unless he cuts that off. Which is right.
15 episodes into one video 😊
Every single one of those looked delicious! Well done Sam and boys.

I love your channel! When I was burning my hand while brushing the corn I sounded like Sam and laughed. Made the corn and Shrimp Skewers today. Came out great with the Mayo Sriracha coating. I’m doing the Tritip and mushrooms tomorrow.
This has to be a top ten episode of all time!
Hanger steak and chimichurri is literally my favorite meal. I don’t usually have leftovers, but I think I’ll have to next time to try that sandwich.
Thanks again Sam. You just gave me some great ideas for July first ( Canada Day 🇨🇦). A happy Independence Day to you, your family and to all your American fans 🎉
