dota's actually pretty fun to watch ngl
I'd say for anyone who wants to watch it, try it out too.
Don't over-commit. This game will suck the soul out of you if you let it, but playing to get a feel and context is great.
I played for 7 years, and now only watch, except I'll play a few games when a big patch drops to get myself back up to speed.
its pretty fun to play as well believe it or not cause the game isn't as hard as it was back then many QoL fixes has been added so its definitely worth to try.
my suggestion is find someone to play together, party, if youre new
yep as a league player i think watching dota is so much better than watching lol due to the fact that dota is really heavy on team coordination and teamfights than league that is full of skillshot. really nice to see supports actually have usage

That's the thing I don't understand, multiple times he has said Dota is better than LoL, but he plays the latter waaaay more
dota is actually fun to play (unless your position 5 is Budda Axe stealing your CS and not kiting the enemy offlane and 4)

Please tell him that he can add items to quickbuy and call courier by one button, no need to focus on courier for the delivery 😢

The hardest thing by far is controlling multiple characters at the same time like with Warlock's ult.
@@ykiikiigood for you bro, Im 2500 mmr player and still have issues with those heroes, my heropool is pretty big tho, small amount of illusions heroes, but you can do same as me is to make it easier to manage with heroes like warlock and ck, just in setting add ctrl + mouse click is for all your units to command. So when you hold ctrl you will tell everyone to attack target and then let go this button and manifest your main hero to safe position

@@ykiikii look at some setting videos for unit control and you can put your main hero as f1 and your golem or golems as 1 for example and then it becomes easier to use, having an all control key is good as well.
@@ykiikii you are over thinking during micro, do some demo mode micro plays start slow then speed it up

Do league players have bad vision or what? The game looks 10x better than league graphically.
Who these to nubs with X all I hear is them crying and trying to shit talk, they too much please loose them... Or just don't play the game....
this is a reason why i avoid this game like a plague. i'm not very good at games but wow this game is not beginner friendly at all. every single game i go to is either me getting absolutely destroyed or carried. i want to like the game because the characters are interesting but i end up just going back to league
It literally just got way harder like 3 days ago after one of the biggest patches in the history of the game, even pro players sucked after the update was out during a major and got overwhelmed, so yeah you probably should stay and enjoy yourself in league.

If you're still interested in getting into DotA or just trying it for fun, a while back they added turbo mode. I would recommend it for newer players just to get the basic feels of the game but I think it is important to not stay in turbo because you'll become accustomed to how you get passive gold and it is much easier for the losing team to comeback.
I feel empty everytime I play a turbo game, actually I feel empty every time I play dota whether I win or lose.
that means league is for kids which doesnt involve much thinking to be better
