🥣 INGREDIENTS
(cookie dough)
- 50g ground almonds
- 1 heaped tbsp runny nut butter
- 2 tsp coco or cacao powder
- 1 tbsp date syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 22g milk chocolate (vegan & refined sugar free)
(nice cream)
- frozen bananas
- a drizzle of nut butter
- a splash of vanilla
- a squeeze of date syrup
- a splash of water (optional)
- a tsp of coco or cacao powder (optional)
📖 INSTRUCTIONS
1. prepare the cookie dough, form balls out the cookie dough and leave some of the crumble for the toppings
3. put the cookie dough in the fridge or freezer
4. blend the nice cream until it’s thick & creamy like ice cream
5. plate it up and top with the cookie dough and cookie dough sprinkles
