    double chocolate muffins
    🥣 INGREDIENTS
    (batter)
    - 2 overripe bananas
    - 1 tbsp date syrup
    - 30g (1 heaped tbsp) runny almond butter
    - 1 tsp vanilla extract
    - 160g ground almonds
    - ½ tsp bicarb soda
    - ½ tsp gluten free baking powder
    - ½ tsp lemon juice
    - 1 tbsp cacao or coco powder
    - 50g chocolate chucks (preferably refined sugar free & vegan)
    (frosting)
    - 1 tbsp raw cashew butter
    - 1 tbsp maple or date syrup
    - 1 tbsp vanilla extract
    - 1 tbsp cacao powder or coco powder
    📖 INSTRUCTIONS
    1. mash the bananas
    2. mix all the wet ingredients together except the lemon juice
    3. mix all the dry ingredients together
    4. mix the wet and dry ingredients together
    5. add the lemon juice and mix
    6. add the batter to a greased muffin tin
    7. bake (120°C/248°F) for 1hr
    8. let it cool
    9. make the frosting and put it onto the muffins
    10. store the rest in the fridge
