GF, V plantain pizza
gluten free plantain pizza
🥣 INGREDIENTS
- medium ripe plantain
- pizza sauce (homemade or shop bought Loyd Grossman sugar free bolognaise sauce is yum!)
- a clean vegan cheese (no higgy hagga ingredients)
- pepperoni (vegan or non vegan)
- mixed herbs
- salt to taste
- chipotle chilli flakes
- nutritional yeast (optional)
📖 INSTRUCTIONS
1. airfry a whole plantain (or cut in two) till brown on (200°C/392°F) for 20 mins
2. gently flatten the plantain and airfry again on both sides on (240°C/464°F) for 10 mins
3. add the tomato sauce, pepperoni, salt, cheese
4. broil in the air frier till golden brown on
(240°C/464°F) for 5 mins
5. add the nutritional yeast, herbs, chilli flakes
