    I literally cook exactly the same way not missing any steps or ingredients lol. I used to hide the fact that I used frozen stuff apparently you dont get the same flavours- but meh its quicker :)

    MOST OF THE INDIAN RESTAURANTS IN THE UK ARE RUN BY BANGLADESHIS or are bangali I have tried the currys on the bone chicken or lamb the chefs cook for the staff must say its delicious ....In the 80s early 90s ENGLAND was all about curry lol

    Thank you for the showing how to cook the chicken curry...How long do you cook the chicken for...I mean how long in high/medium heat and how long in low heat? because I get confused with the timings with high heat and low heat.

    When do you add water to make more gravy when the chicken is cooking in the curry??

      When you see the chicken water dissolve. Put it in or better to put chicken curry on low heat it will realease it’s own water. Adding too much water will take away all the flavour you made in the beginning. Add half a cup at the end. And bring to boil.

    How long did you cook your chicken for? It should be cooled for at least an hour

    Frozen garlic and onion?? Hmmm. It's good that you took the artistic licence to spend a whole 45 seconds on the cleanup, gave the video a very raw quality.

    I hope you didn't pay £3.99 for the oil... that is shocking! You should have checked the oil price in Asda when you were buying the frozen onions, KTC is a mediocre catering brand so nothing special compared to supermarket own-brand.
    Or do you own a convenience store and pulled the bottle from stock for this video, and this is what you charge your customers..??
